I don't understand how you can say the whole team is back if i'm not there, but whatever, I'll finish listening anyway!

have it set up for listening this afternoon. Trying to stir up the message board. Fun stuff.
Also loved hearing Wilbur Snyder's name. One of those names I can only hope one day gets in the game.

1) I don't hate the Nasty Boys as much as Chad, but I was always amazed with their main event level pushes. I can understand a mid card/US tag status, but when they're winning world titles....eh. I wonder if Chad hates them as much as I hate Eddie Kingston (note: I literally despise him on a personal and wrestling level, lol).
2) I'm guessing he'd turn over stat duty to Tim or Cory if he ever got them in the game, lol.

Count me as another that was never big on the Nasty Boys. I'd take them in the game. Would probably use them at some point but there's a LOT of tag teams I enjoy more. I don't remember crowds ever really being into them much or anything. I imagine part of them being around constantly was due to them being buds with Hogan.

I'd be happy to help stat them, so I could see the Road Warriors beat the tar out of them! I didn't like them, which is the heels' job, so good on them! I don't hate them personally or want to see harm upon them.

I listened to this episode tonight. It was fun watching that Halloween Havoc 1990 match between the Steiners and the Nasty Boys while listening along to the podcast.
Also, however, just for the record, while I did sign Lee Moriarty, I did not sign Jon Moxley (I think Lyle signed him when they were both at CZW.)
Looking forward to next week's episode which I will probably be listening to in New Orleans!

The Nasty Boys had their uses--I thought their big dumb oaf shtick contrasted nicely with the Rockers. But they had one--ONE--note: they were nasty, they were gonna Nastisize you, and they were gonna take you to Nastyville. Every. Single. Promo. All delivered at the same screaming volume. For years and years and years.
And that 637-part series with Harlem Heat...ugh. That feud just kept going and going and going because WCW only had 3 real tag teams (them and the Blue Bloods).

Really enjoyed the group watch... Watching the Steiner Bro's in their prime as a team is something no wrestling fan should miss -- To anyone that says that pro wrestling is "fake", these two athletes make a fine counter argument. And I'm with you, stu... I LIVE for eggnog season! Cheers!

I have Cory's opinion myself. I like the idea but not the taste.
