FSW RAISE THE STAKES 2101.02.17 Matrix Palace orbiting Ganymede, Jupiter
Commentary: Johnny Rocket & Doomsayer
PART ONE
CALAMITY def. Quasar. * - Calamity pinned Quasar after a MISFORTUNE'S MISERY. -- Tokens: Quasar 4 - Other than a few sporadic bursts on offense, Quasar failed to deliver in this highly anticipated encounter. Narrowly avoiding disqualification, Calamity choked out Quasar using a length of cable. These questionable tactics allowed him to ground the athletically gifted Titan.
BLAZING SKULL def. Killer Queen. **1/2 - Skull pinned Queen <deathjump> after a diving crossbody block from the top rope. -- Tokens: Skull 3 - Queen 1 - Both competitors displayed serious tenacity in this hard hitting exchange. A slow count helped Skull avoid defeat after Queen planted him with a BLACK WIDOW. Going to the well once too often, Queen mistimed a high risk move and Skull used the opening to mount a big comeback.
Johnny Rocket conducted a special interview with the current DWL Cruiserweight Champion, Coven Black. When asked about his constant presence, Black remained cryptic and refused to offer a straight answer. He seemed more interested in talking about Fhanna, the daughter of Magnus Colby. Thinking it wise to steer clear of that particular topic, Rocket tried to discuss Black's continuing success in the Draconian Wrestling League. Seething over his earler loss, Killer Queen interrupted the conversation. Queen questioned Black about making constant appearances during matches that should be none of his concern. Regarding the intruder with interest, Black stated that all manner of things were his concern and Queen should not discard a potential friend. Without warning, Queen launched himself at Black and a wild brawl erupted! Security was needed to separate the combatants.
TWIN BLOOD (Dreggs & Sleeze) def. Cosmic Forces (Matter & Antimatter). ***1/2 - Dreggs pinned Antimatter after teaming with Sleeze for a TWICE BITTEN. -- Tokens: Dreggs 1, Sleeze 6 - Antimatter 2 - The advantage changed hands at a brisk pace during the opening moments of this competitive match. The Forces cornered Sleeze with some illegal double team tactics and he was busted wide open following a tandem flapjack that sent him face first into the metal ringside stairs. Fighting his way out of trouble, Sleeze managed to make a hot tag to his brother. Dreggs wiped out both opponents with a series of rapid fire moves, giving Sleeze time to recover. With slick teamwork, Twin Blood snatched victory from the jaws of defeat!
RHEA won an 'All-Star' Battle Royal. **** - Order of elimination: 1. Whiplash (1 token) by Vyper. 2. Bishop Hell (2 tokens) by Lord Nexus. 3. Honos (7 tokens) by Actagon. 4. Vyper (5 tokens) by Death Masque. 5. Splatter (2 tokens) by Justice. 6. Tongsoon (3 tokens) by Adam Blast. 7. Death Masque (1 token) by Rhea. 8. Paragon (1 token) by Matador of M83. 9. Proteus (n/a tokens) by Cupid. 10. Billy Jo Boxer (2 tokens) by Jupiter. 11. Cupid (3 tokens) by Lord Nexus. 12. Adam Blast (n/a tokens) by Rhea. 13. Justice (4 tokens) by Rhea. 14. Lord Nexus (5 tokens) by Matador of M83. 15. Actagon (n/a tokens) by Jupiter. 16. Lance At-Las (4 tokens) by Jupiter. 17. Matador of M83 (2 tokens) by Galactic Punisher. 18. Jupiter (3 tokens) by Rhea. 19. Galactic Punisher (5 tokens) by Rhea (3 tokens). - Overpowering the opposition, Rhea emerged triumphant while racking up more eliminations than any other competitor. As a result, she will make history by facing Raven in a Best of 3 Falls match at CROWNING GLORY to decide the inaugural FSW Universal Heavyweight Champion!
INTERMISSION - Stay tuned for Part Two!

PART TWO
KEEPERS OF THE STONE (Scourge & Rogue) def. Animal Edge (Incredible Badger & Iron Mane). *** - Scourge pinned Badger <snake eyes> after a double hammer. -- Tokens: Scourge 1 - Badger 4, Mane 2 - Battering Ram stormed into the ring and viciously attacked Badger after the bell! While the Keepers prevented Mane from helping his partner, Ram struck Badger with repeated chairshots. Regarding his victim with disgust, Ram left without uttering a single word.
ORRUS def. Holocaust via DQ. *1/2 - Holocaust was disqualified <out of the ring> when he slammed Orrus through a table. -- Tokens: Holocaust 2 - Dictating the pace of the match, Orrus constantly stifled Holocaust's attempts to gain the upper hand. Unable to control his temper, Holocaust took this fight to the floor and intentionally dropped a technical decision in order to teach Orrus a lesson.
Johnny Rocket tried to conduct a backstage interview with Battering Ram about the sneak attack on his former friend and tag team partner, Incredible Badger. Before any words were spoken, Spike came crashing through a wall and dropped to floor in front of them! Mister Centra pushed Rocket aside and shouted for a referee. It suddenly became apparent that Centra planned for his scheduled match against Spike to take place at this very moment!
MISTER CENTRA def. Spike in a Falls Count Anywhere match. squash - Centra pinned Spike after a VECTOR ONE VERVE (+4). -- Tokens: Spike 1 - Spike was unable to offer any kind of resistance as Centra capitalized on his vulnerable state. Although it was a controversial decision, the prematch stipulation was clear. Spike would no longer be permitted to compete in FSW!
SAVAGE KINGDOM (Raven, Mandrill & Sectarian) def. Omega, Brute & Massacre. **1/2 - Sectarian pinned Massacre after a monkey flip. -- Tokens: Massacre 1 - A brief exchange with Omega was enough for Raven, who then allowed his allies to handle the majority of the workload. The Aethrans refused to take their opposition seriously and the Savage Kingdom made them pay for that mistake.
Post-show media conference... Coming up soon!

Not a good night for the Aethrans! The New Elite... Chaos, Mister Centra, Matador, and Paragon. It seems likely that Brute, Massacre and Spike were all a little gunshy about signing with a new promotion... And unfortunately, those choices were reflected in how they were booked. At this point in time, I'm looking at Omega, Raven, Matador and Paragon to serve as the pillars of Future Shock Wrestling... Mister Centra hasn't signed an actual deal with the company either... And Chaos seems quite happy working for the GWF... For now. Always appreciate your input, brotha... Many thanks for staying tuned!

Rhea has become a pleasant surprise following her high profile loss to Amazonia at the Future Shock indy show... Now she has a chance to become the inaugural FSW Universal Heavyweight Champion. Oh, snap! The fresher crop of Aethran talent (such as Vengeance, Thunder and Overkill) has not expressed any interest in working for Colby's company... Yet!

Dreggs & Sleeze know the score, my friend... They brought the sizzle in their match against the Cosmic Forces... Predicting they will play an important role in kicking the tag team division into high gear. Truth!
