RIP Peggy Lee. I saw her for the first time in 2001 in Women Of Wrestling. It was where I discovered her and Selina Majors (AKA Bambi). I found bootlegs for both of them and still use them today when I play. Everything I read about her said she was a great lady. |

 Ace Hefner passed away unexpectedly this morning. Ace began his career in wrestling over 20 years ago after being a life long fan of the sport. He began managing Dangerous Dan Ivey and later Loco Motive before moving on to other charges. Most recently managing Leatherface & Dee Money in GCW. |

 Legendary U.K. wrestling promoter Brian Dixon passes away. On May 27th, Brian Dixon, founder of the British pro wrestling promotion All Star Wrestling, passed away. Dixon’s life and his work within the pro wrestling space was commemorated with posts by PROGRESS Wrestling, Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce in addition to more talents and promotions. All Star Wrestling is one of the oldest active wrestling promotions in the UK. In 2022, Brian turned over the on-the-road management to his family member Joseph Allmark. Dixon started out his tenure in the wrestling business as a referee. The likes of Bryan Danielson, Sami Zayn, Bret Hart and a multitude of fellow wrestlers have done tours for Brian. |
