With the release of Mr. Saito in Legends X, all of the wrestlers with black and white cards who are also honorees of the Tragos/Thesz Hall of Fame have been released color; either in a TTHoF set or otherwise. The LoW team has done tremendous work getting new names signed for the TTHoF sets, with four new wrestlers in the first set and six each in the second and third, including amazing names like the Brisco Brothers, Bob Backlund, Kurt Angle, Mark Henry, and Sarge. But the names from the black and white era have always been a welcome way to round out the sets. With that option seemingly exhausted (one or more black and white signee could be inducted this year; Mike Graham is more than worthy of the hall and Dewey Robertson would be a worthy Thesz award honoree), there are three options that I can see for doing the 4th set. Option A: New names only, even if it means delaying the set until 10 new TTHoF honorees are signed. Option B: New names only, even if it means a smaller set for the 4th set; i.e a four pack or a six pack. Option C: New names plus new versions of previously released TTHoF honorees. Some options that spring to mind include white meat rookie Curt Hennig, main event DDP, all American babyface tag specialist Nicky Bockwinkel, and King Harley Race.

I don't really care however they do it. Even then, C will only last so long though I won't be surprised if Singles Saito would appear in a future HOF set.

I can tell you option A wont happen. Although if it was the case, the magic number is 8, not 10 as thats what has been in the last 2 TNT Sets.

I figure we'll get a singles Saito, even more so after listening to the latest Uncharted Territory.
Some other ideas:
NYS Athletic Commissioner William Muldoon could be a fun card
Dr X
Maybe an IRS-like version of Mike Rotunda
Golden Boy Dan Spivey
Iraqi Sgt Slaughter

I'm all for another Saito card representing some other time than the WWWF tag team (although that is a really good card). I don't think they'd do another Doctor X since he was a virtual con card and pretty much perfect, but I don't know. IRS, and Skinner for that matter, I can fairly safely say are off the table. Early 90s heel Sarge is different enough from his current card that it would be more than just an art swap, so that could be good. Even if the well runs dry eventually, we've gotten some of the greatest sets made in the TNT Hall Of Fame editions. Names that would have seemed out of reach otherwise, and great cards all around.

A small set of new guys would be sweet to me. The great things is we cannot go wrong either way.

I'd rather get a set of long dead vintage guys I'm barely familiar with before a set of alternate versions of cards. If we're redoing cards, how about a Stan Hansen whose offense doesn't fall apart? That -2 in the one spot on L3O kills him.

I don't think it would be a good fit for a Thesz/Tragos-themed set which IMO should focus a bit more on the pure sport aspect of wrestling...but I do wonder if Michael Wallstreet is on the table even if IRS isn't. They're kind of two sides of the same coin and a USPTO search indicated that there's no active trademark on the name, though the online search engine isn't infallible in that regard.
A '70s version of Gorilla Monsoon would also be an option.

Option C for me. I'm all about celebrating multiple stages in wrestlers careers. Iraqi sympathizer Sgt. Slaughter, the "Stooges", "Crazy" Bob Backlund, Kurt Angle General Manager card, "Internal Revenue Service" Mike Rotunda, the list can go on and on...

My preferences for remakes would be Dolly Sisters versions of Harley and Larry plus an AWA world champion version of Mad Dog.
