The NWA's next season does not begin until the end of this month with their first-ever live episode of Powerrr! (which I believe is when the NWA moves just to You Tube except for PPVs which will still be on Fite?) So this past week instead of matches, the NWA had Billy Corgan interviewing LOW's Austin Idol.
I saw this last night and I thought it was good.
Among the topics they discussed were how Idol got into wrestling in the Florida territory after becoming friends with Mike Graham and Eddie Graham, his debut as Michael McChord, various wrestlers such as Jack Brisco as champion, Paul Jones, Bobby Colt, Bobby Shane, Bob Roop, and Don Leo Jonathan, and the plane crash in which Bobby Shane died which also forced Idol to take some time away from wrestling due to the physical and mental trauma he experienced from being in that plane.
Part 2 is this week picking up with Idol's return to wrestling after the plane crash. It looks like the NWA has something similar that will be aired later with Tom Prichard.
I thought it was good and I learned alot (although I admittedly had alot to learn as I don't know much about the 1970s and wrestling.) I would recommend watching this if you get the chance and I saw you can also see it on You Tube in addition to Fite.

Also, I saw that Part 2 airs tomorrow on Fite at 3:05 PM. I believe it will be on You Tube at some point as well.

I never rated what I have seen of Austin Idol on NWA in say the last year. I don't think I saw him wrestler in his days. But aint that a heel's job to make you hate them. Seeing this interview really impressed me about Austin Idol
