WWE and UFC will be cutting their work force by roughly half each as TKO Holdings looks at which jobs can be combined into a single position. So far today alone WWE released several high profile executive people. Roster cuts will probably follow suit, Elias and the Grizzled Young Veterans sound more like their contracts weren't renewed and they and the company have just parted ways.
I don't follow any UFC news sites so I expect we'll hear if any of their executives and office staff were let go in the next few days.

He's wanted to be gone for a long time. He could be an asset to Impact or NWA or something for sure, assuming he doesn't have an attitude problem. I'd say he could be an asset in AEW as well but I just see him being another face in the crowd on AEW's crowded roster.
