Hey everyone!
I'm not sure if all of you are aware of the new Indy Jones movie coming out? It arrives at the end of June (it may change before then, obviously)! So here's the trailer:
Comments? Are you going to see it in theaters, or aren't you at all interested?

I'll wait to see it on a streaming service, it looks okay but nothing beats Raiders of the Lost Ark...

The Last Crusade was the epitome of the Indy movies IMO.

At this point I imagine Indiana living in an old folk's home and going on an adventure much like the movie Bubba Ho-Tep.

One of two franchises starring Harrison Ford that I loved when I was a kid. I gave the new Star Wars movies a shot when the first of the latest installment came out and got burned. I think I'll leave my warm feelings about another old childhood franchise favorite alone and sit this one out. I think if "Hollywood magic" was a spell it's been broken.

I will be going to see this movie this Summer in the theater (although it likely won't be the theater across the street from me as Regal is closing that location soon. But there are two other theaters both within a 5-minute drive from my home.)
When I was at Disneyland last October, the only ride I would wait in a long line for was the Indiana Jones ride as I was otherwise able to avoid long lines for most of the rides I wanted to go on by using the single-rider lines (not an option for the Indiana Jones ride) or the Genie app.
this is how I rank the Indiana Jones movies:
1. Raiders of the Lost Ark 2. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade 3. Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom 4. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

I'll probably go check it out in the theaters. I've always enjoyed the franchise. I empathize with his fear of snakes!

Hi Thanks for the replies, everyone! I have a soft spot for the Temple of Doom! That mining cart scene looked amazing! And in how many other movies do you see someone's heart get ripped out? LOL! Todd C WTIC
