Hi Thanks for the replies, everyone! I have a soft spot for the Temple of Doom! That mining cart scene looked amazing! And in how many other movies do you see someone's heart get ripped out? LOL! Todd C WTIC Temple of Doom had it's moments: Mine car, bridge collapse, guy getting his heart ripped out, and that guy that gets his sash caught in the rock crusher.

Todd C WTIC In pretty much every chick flick. Of course that is mostly figuratively and I am guessing you meant literally.

I feel like this title has some room to be parodied and mocked. "Dial tone of Destiny", "Dial soap of Destiny", "Dial a date of Destiny" to name just a few.

Hi Mad Magazine is still around, I am sure they will do something like this when the time comes. I wonder who the surprise cameos will be in the movie, if there are any? Todd C WTIC

I’m also a big fan of the Temple of Doom mining cart scene.

Did anyone play the Temple Of Doom arcade game? Although I had never seen the movie up to that point, I went to a neighborhood bowling alley and they had the game. I gave it a try and it was so cool! You could use Indy's whip to swing from place to place (so you wouldn't fall into oblivion, LOL) and they had mine carts! I think I went back the bowling alley every day for the next 2 weeks with a bag of quarters and played the crap out of it! Ah, to be an 80's child, haha.

Hi I never seen that game, but I did play the Raiders of the Lost Ark one on the Atari 2600! That one wasn't too bad, but then again ANYTHING was better than that awful E.T. game, whew! I wonder if there will be a video game for the new Indy movie as well? If I find any news, I will post it here! Thanks for bringing up the video game, Big Bri! I will have to go find gameplay on Youtube... Todd C WTIC

They had it at the roller rink and it was my favorite game there until they got Street Fighter 2.

Did you catch the documentary where a couple guys dug up (with an excavator) a cache of buried E.T. games? I forgot what it was called but I watched it on Netflix a few years ago.
