I made a larger order with the Bob Cook card, TGT 4 & latest women's set. Would it make sense if they were all just shipped together or would they ship PP separate? I only ask b/c I paid for the expedited shipping on the regular items and I don't have that on PP, so wasn't sure if they would send them together or not.
