Hey gang, at the request of a mod who's a fan of the show (aren't they all?), from this point on, any updates to the feed at the Zone of Lawlessness podcast site will be posted here. This includes installments of the Zone, as well as my occasional Mark's Musings on whatever topics strike my fancy about the COTG-verse. The website you want is lawless.libsyn.com. As of this writing, Show 020 has just been posted, but if you're behind or just want to walk down memory lane with it, all the previous shows are archived there, as well. The Zone of Lawlessness is also available through iTunes, should you choose to seek it out that way. Shows generally range from 15-20 minutes long, and content is rated PG-13 (occasional bleeps for effect, but unbleeped words are nothing you can't hear on prime-time TV, though!). These shows are also completely written by me, and no endorsement of it or content for it is provided by Filsinger Games. Consider it a fun alternative place to stop by for audio info about the POW and occasional GWF updates, usually with Vidtek on the other end of the line. Feel free to use this thread to comment on the shows, good or bad (I can take it), ask questions about the show, or to be included as "fan mail" for Trent to comment on. Just don't expect him to be anything but smarmy about anything you type! See you guys there. lawless.libsyn.com

You know you've been waiting for it, and here it comes, the final installment of Trent Lawless's MMA countdowns for the POW. We conclude with the hotly-contested heavyweight division, and while there are clear studs and duds, you might have a tough time guessing why Trent picked the person he picked for #1. Who might that be? You'll have to log onto lawless.libsyn.com to find out. Click the POD link at the top and wait a few minutes over broadband for all the enlightenment you'll need!

Great listing, Trent! As always, you're the man we rely on the keep the galaxy Honest...in you own way;)! Loved the show, and your #1 pick surprsied me but I agree with your reasoning as to why he was chosen as #1 as well as what you did with Jack hood! My only regret is that the shows are so short and far between. Keep it up,the show rocks!

It's been ages, I know, but trust me when I say the Zone of Lawlessness is back with a bang! Show 022 might be the most controversial installment ever, as the subspace audio link is overrun from a source in Dimension Y. The responsible party? Nes Kincade. If you're offended by some off-color language, be warned that Mr. Kincade really pulls no punches here. But if you're prepared for a Zone of Lawlessness like no other, go to lawless.libsyn.com, click the POD link, and give it a few minutes over broadband to download. And then... MARK...THE...feel free to fill in the rest yourself.

SWEEET! Awesome show! Kincade interupting, Off color langauge aside, was GREAT-no Offense Trent! It has been way too long since the last Zone and this really made my night! (btw Trent-it's been 36 days since YOUR last Brodacast-I did count! ) Anyways, great show and since you wanted to hear it hear first, I am of the mindset to find the middle ground beteen Jack Hood for lots of teams/stables/dojos and NO teams aka Prodigy. Myabe a group with 1 male & female singles star and 1 tag team? just my thoughts on the matter. Anyways, great show and hope it wont be quite as long until the next one!

No long layoffs this time, and no interruptions from Nes Kincade for the latest Zone of Lawlessness, #023. This time, we've got some followups on the Rumor Mill you Promoter subscribers recently read about. Specifically, what does Raze have in store for his possible takeover of the True Way Commune from Talisman, and what role might T.K. be playing in it all? Secondly, who are the fighters who might benefit from a return to the teams format in the POW, and who might want to stay solo (the guy getting the Lawless Seal of ApprovalĀ® this time is one of the latter, in Trent's opinion)? There's also been talk of Viggo coming back to the fed, so what could the Jardiil do to counteract such a return? Go to lawless.libsyn.com, click the POD link, wait a few minutes for it to download, and let enlightenment wash over you...

Great show as always Trent. A True way Civl war? THAT would be very interesting. Still, I don't see Raze as having the smarts or the 'people" skills to pull off such a coup., so if ther will be one, Raze is geting his orders from someone else-Myabe Absalom , Indigo, hell, why not Dr Barnabas? He has ben quiet for far too long and the True way cult mught just serve as a weonderful new "Lab". Big Vig coming back... not that I have anything against the man cases I don't but frankly, The war between Thayne and Ahnu is too intense to get Big Vig back into, unless he loses his smile, and if he does that, it would make him something other than what he was and that would be a shame. IMO if Big Vig wants competition, go somewhere other than the POW and don't get re-involved in the war. BTW: a team of 4 Trent? I WILL step up and say it WAS my idea so ! The seal goes out to a worthy competitor this time but Gunnar had better watch his back becasue there are lots of guys who are more than willing to do whatever it takes to get ahead of him. #2 is even a more dangerous place to be than #1 because you will have the champ on one side, wanting to keep his/her gold and you have everyone from #3 on down who WANT to be at the top and HE/SHE would be in the way. Finally, as far as Nes Kincade goes, dunno how Trent could do it, but I say the best way to deal with him is to let hm on the show and show him up on the air! Can't wait for #24!

I think a bit of a mixed solo/teams format would be awesome! Because, as you so eloquently stated some guys will either not benefit or refuse to join a team while others will GREATLY benefit. Especially in MMA. I think bringing in more people for the Thayne/Ahnu feud sounds good. It's so hot that I just don't see any way that fighters from both sides won't want in on the action. And Gunnar, while never rising too far in my fed, is still a very dangerous man. He just has that 'feel' to him that in time he's going to be a major ass kicker. And I'm calling it now: Nes Kincaid vs. Trent Lawless will be feud of the year in no more than 3 game years! I say 2124! ;D

Not a Zone of Lawlessness to report this time, but rather the first Mark's Musings in quite a while. Specifically, I'm interested in your comments and suggestions about some of the audio we'll be recording this year at GalactiCon. Some of the plans you already know about, but there are more things I'd like to do, time permitting, and this Musings lays them out and asks for your input on which you'd like to give a higher priority. So if you want to know what exactly I'm talking about, go to lawless.libsyn.com, click on the POD link, give it a bit to load, and listen. Then you can post feedback right here or in the Comments section just below the main text of the post on the libsyn site. Either way, let me know what's on your mind!
