Title Bout 2 has cards for Rocky, Creed, Clubber and Drago. They're true to the movies rather than true to life, with the guys packing astounding power in their punches. 🥊

I enjoyed the episode being an avid boxing fan. I play GDB pretty regularly with my 6 year old son because it’s pretty easy for him to play along with the action since it’s pretty minimal on strategy. The tabletop aspect allows me to laugh at how a young child becomes a fan of someone like Tom Sharkey much like how Legends made him love Prince Kharis.
Hearing the name Joe Mesi from Tim got a pop out of me because I can’t remember what year it was but I feel like he was in one of the Knockout Kings video games for PlayStation. My friends and I used to play it a ton and always wondered about the potential of the undefeated fighter that we hadn’t really seen that much.

I play a bit of Legends of Boxing on the PC. I'm not anywhere near as much of a boxing buff as I am a wrestling fan, but I enjoy pitting some of the guys I'm familiar with against one another.
I had the original PC release of Title Bout Pro Boxing, but never managed to get into it.

Really enjoyed the boxing episode guys (love the sport in general so it was right up my alley)
Keep up the fine work!

Always great to hear coverage on other games, especially when I have no idea or preconceived notion of what they are and get to listen to you and your passion as to why they spoke to you.

Jim Trunzo released an updated version of Title Bout via Kickstarter originally in 2018 (it's called Title Bout II) and he's still making updates to the game and producing new sets of boxer cards and is active in the Title Bout II group on Facebook. There's also a computer version of Title Bout II that is true to the card-based version. Here's the website: www.straightjabmedia.com/

I just listened to this episode, just placed my order for Glory Days Boxing base game and also picked up the welter and middle weight sets. I want to set in my fictional universe. It's really a lot of work running a fictional sports network lol.
I really need to take a week off and plow through all the legends cards I haven't got too.

I just finished listening to this episode (hoping to get caught up this week.)
Although I live in the Fight Capitol of the World where boxing and UFC are extremely popular, I am not a big boxing fan so I don't have much to comment about regarding the main topic of the show.
But I did want to congratulate Chad for winning his Royal Rumble pool with Cody Rhodes at #30. As I mentioned on another thread here, I also won the Royal Rumble pool I was in at #30. At first, I did not think #30 would win 2 years in a row as Brock Lesnar won it at #30 last year but thankfully that turned out to be Cody's number.
