I really think he is done but I love that last choice. If he does come back, it will be NFL but NOT at the start of the season. I could see a team on the verge of doing something great needing a QB around mid-season or later either due to the fact their QB is just not playing good enough or they get hurt and no real good backup on the team like most teams out there. Then MAYBE we see Tom come back to try and give that team an extra push toward the SB.
