I don't know if this has already been posted. If it has, I apologize for this being a rerun.
Being that my availability to play is sporatic, I created a way to use a time mechanic that allows me to put the game down for a while, and pick up right where I left off later on. I nicknamed it a "StarDate" format, similar to what you hear on Star Trek:
The first four numbers are the current year, the next two are the month, and the ones after the period are the show number.
So, an example is: 212304.112
This would mean the year 2123, the month 04 (April), and the show 112.
At the end of the year, the first six numbers will reset. The show number never resets.
