Joint has been a territory I've enjoyed a long time so good to see it getting some coverage. Best Match Live: King Booker besting Rey Mysterio to win the title. It was just so much fun seeing Booker getting the gold.

I need to chime in with the fav match.
No doubt, Jerry Lawler v Bill Dundee in a loser leaves town match that was held on June 7, 1983 at the Louisville Gardens. When you have Lawler and Dundee, you know its already going to be good, but with the crowd (6000 fans) investment in it...was just awesome
My second is PG 13 vs The Rock N Roll Express in 1995 where the RNR "passed the torch". Wolfie talks about it being his favorite match. Granted, the crowds in Louisville were only about 1500 then, everyone was into it.

Does that Solar Hawk card still exist out there. I don't think I have seen that particular boot.

It's always inspiring to hear fellow promoters talk about their own experiences with the game... I've always enjoyed the unique approach that stu employs with his mixing of the brands... Pure entertainment! Which is what this game should be all about... Thank you for sharing, my friend. I must ask... Which version of Godsend are you currently using? And have you used any other versions in the past? My favorite has always been the aCe version with the horns... But, I can see where the 2115 Revelations version would tempting... An absolute classic!

Great episode!
Enjoyed hearing about Stu’s Fed. And you know I’m a big Go Fight Pow mark!
Best match I saw love was Jimmy Hart & The Hart Foundation vs The British Bulldogs (3 on 2) for the titles with Danny Davis as the ref at the Cow Palace. I was too young to realize that if there weren’t cameras there, nothing would happen but I just KNEW The Hart Foundation would win that night. They didn’t of course but that match was everything to me as a kid.

Sometimes even as adults we can believe something important is going to happen at a non-televised event. A few years ago here in Vancouver my friend and I were at a house show when Jinder Mahal was WWE Champion. He was scheduled to defend the title against Shinsuke Nakamura but at the beginning of the night they announced that Nakamura couldn't make it. I forget the reason why. Anyways, Seth Rollins came out to challenge Mahal; This was a Raw show and Rollins was working on Smackdown at the time. He said that even though he appeared on the other show WWE flew him in specially for the event as a replacement for Nakamura. I found it strange that they would do this when there were several other main event guys already booked on the show that they could have easily put into the title match. I always felt Mahal looked too jacked up to be natural. I wondered out loud to my buddy that perhaps Mahal had a Wellness Policy violation and they needed him to drop the belt IMMEDIATELY and start serving his suspension the next day. I theorized that the reason they flew in Rollins for the event was because they felt there was nobody else originally booked on the card that was worthy of holding the belt, including Nakamura. I think I actually had my friend convinced too. Late into the match every time Rollins covered Mahal I leaned forward in my seat expecting the referee to make the three count. As we all know now that didn't happen. Rollins did win the match though by DQ when the Bollywood Boyz interfered. Looking back now I feel a bit silly believing they would switch the WWE Title on a house show but on that night I genuinely thought it might happen.
