Andrew Palace, Boomer Hatfield, King Kong Bundy, Johnny Mantell, the various con cards since then.

Brown Starfish is an unofficial card IIRC.

Mr. Strong is not available through normal channels.

Regarding these cards:

Rage- both cards: I think I have seen two pairs of these come up for sale in the last 12-18 months. It's a rare pair that even some of the longest tenured players are still looking for. I know what I paid for them when I bought one of the two pair that came on hand, and I'd venture you'd be look at close to $80-$100 for the pair total.

Johnny Cockstrong - What Troy said, it's an unofficial "official-looking" bootleg Indies card. I think I have seen two of these come up in the last 12 months - one was at the Galacticon charity auction, the other was on eBay both went for more than $125.

Brown Starfish - I may have a copy for sale, if I locate it I'll happily talk price with you.

I am just telling you what I paid for them this year, which was $80, along with another card basically $40 per card. You’d have to ask Drew what he got paid for them.
