The British Bulldogs vs Mark Henry and D'Lo Brown
Dick Woehrle draws this assignment. D'Lo and Dynamite Kid start for their respective teams. D'Lo early on the offensive, LO DOWN (p2r3) we almost had an early end to this matchup! The action spills to the outside, as Kid almost picks up a DQ for shoving Ref Woehrle.
Kid reverses momentum with a gut-wrench suplex. Back outside again, Kid hits D'Lo with a snap suplex on the floor (no padding around this ring!) D'Lo crawls back in avoiding the count out, Kid hits him with a DIVING HEAD BUTT! Kid covers, but Mark Henry breaks up the pin attempt. Davey Boy Smith tagged in. Fighting outside the ring, D'Lo puts Smith through the announce table, Woehrle decides to let them fight on.
Back in the ring, Davey Boy hits Brown with a piledriver, then tags Kid in, and hits a double head butt. Kid hits a hooking clothesline, but Mark Henry gets tagged in! Henry wastes no time, hitting a giant head butt, and catching Kid in a bear hug that the ref watches closely. WORLD'S STRONGEST SLAM connects! Davey gets in, but is cut off by D'Lo, (p6r10) Kid kicks out! Henry hits it 2 times in a row! WORLD's STRONGEST SLAM!!! Davey Boy is cut off again by D-Lo, (p9r10) Kid kicks out!! Crowd is on their feet!
Military Press Slam by Henry. (p10r11) Another kick out, and you can feel the floor shaking in the arena! Crowd is going nuts! Henry whips Kid into the turnbuckle, but Kid hits a knee to the breadbasket of Henry. Front dropkick by Kid (p2r11) Davey Boy is tagged in! Delayed Vertical Suplex on Henry! Smith covers (p3r10) Smith tags Kid in, TOWER OF LONDON on Henry connects! Davey Boy cuts off D'Lo, Kid covers, (p7r5) and the match is over! Standing ovation!

Superb effort by D'Lo and the WSM... Defeating the Bulldogs would have been quite the upset, imo... And they certainly put Davey Boy and DK through their paces in a heart pounding match... Exciting!

Superb effort by D'Lo and the WSM... Defeating the Bulldogs would have been quite the upset, imo... And they certainly put Davey Boy and DK through their paces in a heart pounding match... Exciting! Probably the most fun i've had in tag team matches! |

Road Warriors vs Ted Dibiase and Virgil
Hawk and Dibiase start the match. Veteran Dick Woehrle draws the assignment. Within mere moments of the match starting, Hawk hits a huge vertical suplex, tags Animal in, they hoist Dibiase up and hit DOOMSDAY DEVICE, Hawk cuts of Virgil, Animal pins Dibiase (p6r6) and this match is over!

Nikolai Volkoff and Iron Sheik vs The Rock and Roll Express
James Beard draws the assignment. Nikolai and Ricky square off in the middle of the ring. Early offense by Volkoff, but a reversal leads to a slingshot stomp, and Robert is now legal. Nikolai hits Robert with a throat drop on the top rope, gets a quick pin (p3r6) but Robert kicks out. Both Robert and Nikolai tag out, to bring Ricky and Iron Sheik in. Ricky drags Sheik to a corner, and slams his leg into the turnbuckle post!
Cross body block by Ricky (p2r8). Slingshot stomp again, with Robert returning to the action. Robert hits a drop toe hold, tags Ricky, and they hit a double back body drop! Sheik gains advantage, using Loaded Boot on Ricky. Sheik going to the top rope! Sheik attempts a cross body, but Ricky catches him with a dropkick to the breadbasket (p4r6). Robert tagged in, and the connect on DOUBLE DROPKICK!
Volkoff in, he breaks the pin fall up successfully. Leg puller and Punch with Ricky back in, but another Loaded Boot by Sheik! CAMEL CLUTCH by Sheik, Nikolai cuts off Robert (p6r10) but Ricky gets to the ropes! Loaded Boot again, the fans are furious at the ref! Nikolai tagged in, Ricky reverses the momentum, hitting a fist drop, and another slingshot stomp, with Robert now in for the cover! Ricky cuts Sheik off (p5r8) Ricky tagged in they hit DOUBLE DROPKICK again, Robert keeps Sheik from interfering (p8r8) and this match is over!
