Jim Cornette and Gordon Solie welcome the fans to the show and hype the main event, a rematch between Jimmy Valiant and Kevin Sullivan. Solie says that Magnum TA is taking a couple weeks off to heal up after last week’s crushing defeat at the hands of Terry Gordy. Cornette introduces the first match.

1. Tony Anthony Vs. Ranger Ross
Ranger Ross gets the advantage at the bell and rocks Anthony with some karate kicks for a two count. Ross hits a top rope flying body press for a two count. Ross goes for a top rope splash but Anthony gets his knees up. Anthony takes over but Ross soon nails him with more karate kicks for a two count. Anthony and Ross battle back and forth. Anthony hits the Bucksnort Blaster for the win.

Winner - Tony Anthony by pinfall

Cornette says Ranger Ross really made Anthony work for it. Solie says Ozark Mountain Wrestling received a tape in the mail this morning from Kevin Sullivan. Solie cautions viewers they may find it disturbing and rolls the footage.

A shaky camera shows Kevin Sullivan and Al Snow on a mountain top somewhere in the Ozarks. Sullivan says Snow had the key to awakening the Great Old One beneath the mountains but he lost it. When they get it back, Jimmy Valiant and all of Ozark Mountain Wrestling will pay the price! Snow and Sullivan laugh maniacally until the tape runs out.

Cornette is aghast and introduces the next match.

2. Masked Superstar Vs. Tugboat Taylor
Superstar and Tugboat battle back and forth. Superstar locks on the Cobra Hold but Tugboat grabs the rope, forcing the rope break. Tugboat makes a comeback and hits the Anchor Drop for a two count. Tugboat hits a second Anchor Drop for the win.

Winner - Tugboat Taylor by pinfall

Solie puts over Tugboat Taylor but Cornette isn’t impressed. Solie introduces the next match, promising a wild one.

3. Prince Kharis vs. Eric the Red
Eric and Kharis battle back and forth. Kharis hits the Magical Mummy Forearm but Eric kicks out. Eric makes a comeback and nails Kharis with the bone. Eric hits a clumsy crossbody from the top for the three count.

Winner - Eric the Red by pinfall

Solie says Eric wouldn’t have won without hitting Kharis with the bone. Cornette introduces the main event.

4. Jimmy Valiant vs. Kevin Sullivan with Al Snow
Valiant and Sullivan battle back and forth. Al Snow gets on the apron and Sullivan nails Valiant with the golden spike while the referee’s back is turned. Sullivan hits the double foot stomp for the win.

Winner - Kevin Sullivan by pinfall

Sullivan orders Snow to help him double team Jimmy Valiant. Sullivan and Snow work over Valiant until Tugboat Taylor and Prince Kharis make the save. Solie and Cornette sign off, telling the fans to tune in next week for Billy Wicks vs. Chris Candido, ⅔ falls.

Solie and Cornette welcome the fans to the show and announce Jimmy Valiant vs. Al Snow has been signed for tonight as well as the main event, a ⅔ falls match between Billy Wicks and Chris Candido to hopefully settle things between the two men once and for all. Cornette introduces the first match.

1. Pepper Gomez vs. Larry Sharpe
Gomez whips Sharpe to the buckles. Sharpe rolls him up for a three count.

Winner - Larry Sharpe by pinfall

Solie says that was unfortunate. Cornette points out Tom Prichard several rows from ringside and comments that he’s a former partner of Chris Candido’s. Prichard waves to the camera. Solie introduces the next match.

2. Angelo Poffo vs. Johnny Mantell
Mantell gets the early momentum and hits the Russian Leg Sweep for a two count. Mantell hits a swinging neckbreaker for a two count. Mantell nails Poffo with another Russian Leg Sweep but still can’t put him away. Mantell hits a third Russian Leg Sweep for the win.

Winner - Johnny Mantell by pinfall

Solie and Cornette say this is a night of upsets. Cornette introduces the next match.

3. Jimmy Valiant vs. Al Snow with Kevin Sullivan
Snow is uncharacteristically vicious and tears into Valiant at the bell. Valiant hits a sunset flip for a two count to turn things around. Snow and Valiant battle back and forth. Snow whips Valiant to the buckles and Valiant rolls him up after a missed turnbuckle charge for the three count.

Winner - Jimmy Valiant by pinfall

After the match, Sullivan drills Valiant with the golden spike. Snow hits the Snow Plow and the two men put the boots to Valiant until Tugboat Taylor makes the save.

4. Billy Wicks vs. Chris Candido - ⅔ falls
Wicks takes control at the bell and throws Candido to the mat. Wicks locks on the double wristlock but Candido escapes the hold. Wicks locks on the double wristlock a second time and Candido taps out.

1st fall - Wicks by submission

After a 30 second rest period, the match resumes.Wicks resumes his attack but Candido turns things around with a sunset flip for a two count. Candido beats up Wicks outside the ring and rolls him back in. Candido hits the Blond Bomb to take the fall.

2nd fall - Candido by pinfall

After a 30 second rest period, the match resumes. Candido and Wicks battle back and forth. Wicks hits a bulldog for a two count. Wicks locks on the crossface headlock and Candido taps out.

3rd fall and winner - Wicks by submission

Candido offers Wicks his hand after the match. Wicks shakes it and Candido kicks him in the groin. Tom Prichard jumps the rail and he and Candido hit a double flapjack on a chair. Wicks has to be stretchered out.

Solie and Cornette sign off, telling the fans to tune in next week!

Really enjoying the Wicks/Candido feud. Wicks is going to hopefully have a little angle run in ETW. The dice willing of course.

It looks like Sullivan has found an apt pupil with Al Snow... But, I gotta think it's only a matter of time before this arrangement turns sour and Sullivan winds up getting bashed in the head by... well... HEAD!

Solie and Cornette welcome the fans to the show and plug the main event, Terry Gordy vs. Bob Armstrong for the Ozark Mountain Wrestling Heavyweight title. Solie announces that Jimmy Valiant suffered an eye injury last week and is expected to be out of action for a couple weeks. Tonight, Tugboat Taylor will try to get some measure of vengeance against the man who put him out of action, Kevin Sullivan. Solie introduces the first match.

1. Doug Gilbert with Head vs. Larry Sharpe
Gilbert and Sharpe battle back and forth. Gilbert hits the piledriver for the win.

Winner - Doug Gilbert by pinfall

Al Snow attacks Gilbert after the match and tries to steal Head. Tugboat Taylor attacks to make the save and Gilbert escapes with Head through the crowd.

An interview with Billy Wicks from his hospital bed airs. Wicks challenges Candido and Prichard to fight him next week. Wicks says he doesn’t have a partner yet but he’ll find one.


2. Magnum TA vs. Masked Superstar
Magnum tears into Superstar and goes for a press slam. Superstar blocks the move and locks on the sleeper, wearing Magnum down. Superstar throws Magnum out of the ring and hits his swinging neckbreaker on the concrete. Magnum beats the count but is on rubber legs. Superstar works over Magnum. Magnum tries making a comeback but Superstar goes back to the sleeper, wearing Magnum down. Superstar hits the swinging neckbreaker for the win.

Winner - Masked Superstar by pinfall

Cornette says they’ve received word that Prichard and Candido have agreed to wrestle Wicks and his mystery partner next week.

3. Tugboat Taylor vs. Kevin Sullivan
Sullivan and Tugboat immediately end up brawling on the concrete. Tugboat gets the upper hand and rolls Sullivan back into the ring. Tugboat hits the Anchor Drop for the win!

WInner - Tugboat Taylor by pinfall

After the match, Al Snow hits the ring and attacks Tugboat. Sullivan nails Tugboat with the Golden Spike. Security hits the ring to prevent further carnage. Solie wonders who will be able to stop Kevin Sullivan’s reign of terror. Cornette introduces the main event.

4. Terry Gordy vs. Bob Armstrong - Ozark Mountain Wrestling Heavyweight title match!
Armstrong out grapples Gordy in the early minutes. Gordy battles back and whips Armstrong to the buckles. Armstrong knees Gordy in the face as he charges in. Armstrong locks on the Sleeper but Gordy backs him into the corner, breaking the hold. Armstrong throws Gordy out of the ring and Gordy slams him on the concrete. Gordy manhandles Bullet Bob back into the ring. Gordy hits the Bamm Bamm Slam for a two count. Gordy hits a Samoan Drop for another near fall. Gordy hits a second Bamm Bamm Slam but somehow Armstrong kicks out. Armstrong makes a feeble comeback attempt but Gordy squashes him and hits the power bomb for the win.

Winner - Terry Gordy by pinfall, his third successful title defense

Solie and Cornette sign off, telling the fans to tune in next week when BIlly Wicks and a mystery partner take on Chris Candido & Tom Prichard.

I do feel Snow is sometimes stuck that way. Not enough that I'd want another card for him though.

Gordy continues to roll and Sullivan is having trouble.

I wouldn't mind a Headless Al Snow card but there are about a hundred cards I'd rather have first. It's easy enough to just not do the Smash with Head, though.

The singles rivalry between Wicks and Candido has been a lot of fun... Can't wait to see who joins the mix... Good times!

I could see Sputnik in that classic "No one gets to hurt my rival but me." Regardless, I'm looking forward to whoever Gunslinger chooses.
