New to LoW - Card Storage/Sorting Question

Hello,

I am very new (this week!) to Legends of Wrestling and am wondering if people out there have tips on how their store, catalog, sort, etc. their cards.

I purchased about 15 sets directly from Filsingergames.com and downloaded another 150+ cards from the Bootlegs threads on this forum. So all in all I have a lot of cards, as I imagine many people do as well. 

I was wondering what people have determined is the best way to:

1. Store the cards - thinking plat sic containers/boxes from an Amazon type vendor
2. Sort the cards for future ease of access/use - I can imagine it can be done alphabetically, by era, geographically, by wrestling association (WWE, NWA, etc.)
3. Maintain a database of owned cards - thinking along the lines of a master spreadsheet file that lists each wrestler, source of card, etc
4. Any other tips you can pass along as well would be appreciated!

Carlzilla Has a good video on storage.  Might give you some ideas.
