I know we talked about this before but Adonis' most noteable partners, Dick Murdoch and Jesse Ventura, aren't in the game and people have thrown around some ideas.
So I'm reading Flowers for Adrian, the new Adrian Adonis book. When he was still going by Keith Franke, he teamed with Red Bastien in Mid-Atlantic. He also teamed with Roddy Piper in the LeBell organization as 'The 22s.' Bastien also mentored Piper so I might make a three man unit out of them at some point.

Piper and Adonis definitely teamed in LA
I teamed Adonis with Orton Jr. for a while as the East-Midwest Connection. Lately though I've moved Orton back with Roop.
Right now I'm mulling partners but John Nord is definitely a possibility once he's released. An unmasked Grappler might also be an interesting partnership.

I just read that he also teamed with Dutch Mantell in Florida. There's your East/Wild West Connection.

I'm always up for using Dutch more. I'll try them in the Theater soon.

I've always wanted to pair Adonis with Street. Start out with the leather clad version and, after they team together for a while, switch to the flower shop version.

It's wild to me that Adrian Adonis was a babyface in Portland, although it makes me want to run a Portland fed now. Adonis and Dutch Savage as top faces and Piper and Buddy Rose as top heels.

Dynamite Kid as a singles wrestler too.
They often flipped the face/heel dynamics up there.

Adonis, along with Muraco and Bob Orton jr ("I carried the load, daddy," LOL), "broke" Piper's leg when Piper returned as a fan fave, so you can team AA with Orton or Muraco, for sure: So yeah other than that, we need Ventura in the game!
