lost my cell phone again

I am having a tough weekend partly due to losing my cell phone again. I left it in the Lyft on the way home from the Strip on Friday night/Saturday morning.

If anyone here has been trying to call me or text me, that is why I have not responded. I did not want anybody here to think I was ghosting them and I won't have a phone for two more days, so I made this announcement. I used my phone insurance today at Verizon and my new cell phone will arrive on Tuesday, it has already shipped.

Man, that's rough. Maybe you should put the new one on a chain connected to your belt, like those old greaser dudes did with their wallets. I lose glasses a lot, so I feel this. Just not as deeply as losing a phone. Hey wait, they've got those librarian lady chains for glasses too. Maybe I should take my own advice!
