Totally digging the Falcon & The Winter Soldier/Back In The New York Groove feud. BITW may have the advantage now that it's a No Disqualification Best 2 Out Of 3 Series. Also love B. Brian Blair's shirt taking a shot at Solar Flair being a copy of a copy. If SF is a copy of a copy, I wonder when we'll see the original--you know who I'm talking about, Bri! I'm jazzed about the feud as well & hoping for The Falcon & The Soldier to retain, but we'll have to see and hope they give us a good show. The Dark Menace (after hurrumphing he says) - Blah blah blah...put me through to Loopy...
Playboy Buddy "Loophoole" Rose (after Sweeney vocally utters a loud click...covers the receiver with his hand and Loophole walks over to the phone...takes the phone from Sweeney and says) - Listen...we're interested...but we need a sit down with you first...before we sign anything...
The Dark Menace (after pausing for a second) - I didn't ask you if...You...we're interested...
Playboy Buddy "Loophoole" Rose - We're a package deal...or in your old age have you forgotten?...
The Dark Menace (after exhaling) - When and where?...
Playboy Buddy "Loophoole" Rose - Midnight Thursday...La Mela on Mulberry...
The Dark Menace (before hanging up) - Alright...
The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, Los Angeles:
(We see a figure dressed all in black...creeping around the halls at midnight...he silently approaches the wall where all the donated oscar statuettes are encased...he stopps...listens...and then flashes a small flashlight...which is answered by another small flashlight...this second figure in black...taps a third figure in black on it's shoulder...as the second figure in black slowly approaches the statuette wall with a small lockpicking kit...the third figure makes his way back to where these figures had entered into the museum...and signals to a fourth and final figure seated in the drivers seat of a stolen ice cream truck).
(The second figure quickly picks the lock on the case of one particular oscar statuette...as the first figure continues to oversee the entire scene from his position...now with the lock picked...and the case opened...the first figure approaches the case and grabs the statuette...and the second figure flashlight signals the third figure).
(The first three figures enter the ice cream truck through its back door...and the fourth figure drives the truck away from the back of the museum...and heads south...the first three figures examine the oscar...on the inscription on the plaque...it reads the following:

Save The Tiger - 1973
(As the museum gards discover the theft...and alert the authorities...the four figures in black...listed in order.. from fourth to first...Paul Sand...Ron Leibman...George Segal...and Robert Redford...are long gone...all seems to have gone according to plan...until Redford discovers a note taped to the bottom of the oscar);
I just knew that you'd try this...face it Sundance...although a lot of people thought you really should have won this...you didn't...did you?...sorry you felt such a...Sting...but that's life...btw...enjoy the statue...it's a gold leafed phony...made out of the densist...and richest...Swiss chocolate in the world...suprised you haven't smelt it by now...

Plethador (on a wing and a prayer and as his phone keeps incessantly ringing) - Bet you a million...with odds...that there's another way out!...

I couldn't agree more with The Sisterhood - on all of these points! I wonder if they will approve of who's going to be wrestling in this weeks tournament for a chance to face Sinful for the inaugural Women's championship in two weeks! Up next in 5 min or so are the bouts scheduled for this weeks card in Vancouver. Always awesome when all of you are in the seats brother! |
