Dean probably has a different contract than on-air talents, and on-air talent Mark Henry may have a different contract from actual wrestlers, so the ultimate answer is "who TF knows." The Shadow. Two names I've always wanted, don't know how realistic, but Billy Robinson and Dave Meltzer.
Loved Robinson since I did a deep dive on his career, via his book and YouTube. The Meltzer card would have where you roll on his card, and what he writes about your fed could have a positive, or negative impact on your next show. Plus, I'm pretty sure he would pimp the game on his shows...

I'd really, really, really rather not break kayfabe in the sets proper. Plus I don't get the point of leaving match ratings up to die rolls. Isn't the point being that YOU decide who to push and what matches are best?
