Nikita Brezhnikov is the Legends exclusive. A Centra Palladium card is the COTG special edition card (available to the public at a later date).

So I got the convention cards in the mail today and I particularly like the Centra Palladium card. Are there legal issues that might get in the way of making venue cards for Legends? I'd love to see a venue card or two rounding out some of the smaller releases.

What if they no longer exist like the Dallas Sportatorium or the Kiel Auditorium?

Not a lawyer, but yes, I think you'd need licensing rights for real world venues. What if they no longer exist like the Dallas Sportatorium or the Kiel Auditorium? A Sportatorium card would be AWESOME! 2- 3 : The overwhelming smell of livestock attacks both wrestlers. Both wrestlers roll on Level 1 Defense. If Summer time in Dallas both wrestlers start on Level 3 Defense. 4 - 6 : Acquire staph infection in the locker room area. Wrestler injured for 1d6. 7 - 11: Rowdy fan stabs you on the way to the ring. Security and paramedics save your life. Injured 2d6 12 : Acquire Montezuma's revenge from drinking Sportatorium tap water. Choice start match on Level 3 Defense with - 5 Agility and +3 Power or just sit this one out. In all seriousness, I would love an actual Dallas Sportatorium card.

You'd definitely need rights for these corporate goofy named arenas, but when it comes to the Sportatorium or Mid South Coliseum, I think you'd be in the clear.

Note: While theyre an interesting idea, I hope a "real world" venue card is never released for Legends during a con giveaway. To be honest, I love talking with other folks, but I'd skip the event if I knew if it was a "Keil Auditorium" card or something like that. I love getting legends card, be it Dr X to Frogman LeBlanc

That is the beauty of doing a card for something like the Centra Palladium. We will all be dead by the time they built the arena and the lawyers will have no one to go after. Well, maybe our estates but yea, that is THEIR problem.
