ECW traveled down to Louisiana several times. I was I think 16 and went to a meet and greet with him and Tammy at a video rental store the day after the show. They showed up like 2 hours late, Tammy was super nice but Chris was kind of out of it. I also met Tammy at a video store back in July 1996 when WWF was in town for In Your House: International Incident. I think I even still have her autograph in one of the boxes in my closet. I may have to go digging through them to see if I can track it down. Like most male wrestling fans at the time I had a HUGE crush on her. I remember I had that poster of her in the bikini on my bedroom wall right next to a poster of my other crush at the time, Jennifer Love Hewitt. Most people don't get the chance to meet their celebrity crush so I consider myself fortunate that I did even if it was only for a minute or two.

yeah, according to Cagematch, Candido's in-ring WCW work was exactly 3 months as Cagematch has Candido's first WCW match against Lash LeRoux listed as March 20, 2000 and his last WCW match as a 2 on 1 handicap of Candido teaming with Bam Bam Bigelow against Buff Bagwell on June 20, 2000. Crazy it was such a short time. I guess even though I was watching every week back then, I didn't realize how short of a time they were there. I really enjoyed his time there though. I liked him as a cruiserweight champ. He was different than a lot of the other cruiserweights they had on the roster. His is yet another sad story in wrestling.
