Impact March - Week 3 - Year 2 Commentary: Excalibur and Taz
World Tag Team Championship Major Players (c) def. The Hardys by pinfall Cardona and Myers are on top, but Matt Hardy suddenly springs a surprise and lands a Twist of Fate on Myers. Out of nowhere, The Kingdom appear! Taven and Bennett distract the referee and Maria low blows Matt Hardy. Cardona retains the titles with a Jumping Leg Lariat Taven and Bennett attack Matt and Jeff after the bell
Nicole Matthews def. Courtney Rush by pinfall Matthews gets the victory with a Vancouver Manoeuvre Havok comes out after the match and tells Matthews that the Ninjas can face them in a Monster's Ball match at Victory Road.
Austin Aries is talking to Ace Austin backstage. He says he has put his reputation on the line by backing Ace and he won't sit back and watch him lose again. He's going to soften up AJ Styles next. AJ Styles def. Austin Aries by pinfall The two men put on a superb back and forth match. Aries puts his body on the line repeatedly, seemingly more intent on hurting Styles than winning himself. When he misses a 450 Splash though, Styles wins with Spiral Tap.
Abadon def. Candice LeRae by pinfall Grave Digger gives Abadon the win
Tasha Steelz def. Heidi Lovelace by pinfall Steelz wins with The Drop
The Buffalo Boys join RJ City backstage. Garcia says they've been doing a lot of reflecting on their loss to the James Gang at Against All Odds, but they are back stronger and things are not over between the two teams.
Kurt Angle def. Karl Anderson by pinfall Great match, which Angle comes out the victor when he lands the Olympic Slam
RJ City is minding his own business when Danhausen comes racing in, still in possession of Alan Angels' X Division title. "Reginald, you must hide me now!" RJ looks as irritated as ever to see Danhausen and is about to say something when Danhausen yells at him that he cannot curse and then runs away, swiftly followed by Alan Angels.
Trish Stratus w/Ivelisse def. Leva Bates by pinfall Stratus scores a quick win with Stratusfaction
James Storm responds to Ricochet's challenge. He says we'll see just how viral Ricochet goes when he gets his ass whipped and a bottle of beer smashed over his head at Victory Road.
Josh Alexander def. Zack Sabre Jr by submission The debuting ZSJ has been handpicked to test Alexander and Josh steps up to the mark, winning with an Ankle Lock.

Trish Adora confronts Ivelisse backstage, demanding to know what she's planning and why she is using Trish Stratus. Ivelisse says she is hurt by the accusations and scepticism, when in fact she just wants to become a better wrestler and person with the help of a legend. Adora says we'll see about that and walks away.
Madman Fulton def. Wes Brisco by pinfall Fulton takes a beating, but he is determined to get even for Callihan and wins with BTB.
Jerry Lynn joins RJ City. He tells him he didn't come to TNA for sneak attacks, he came from a place where honour matters and while he is all for brutality, he would rather it is done face to face. So, he tells RJ, he'll be reaching into his back catalogue this weekend at Victory Road and going extreme against Christopher Daniels.

The Club (Gallows, Anderson and Styles) def. ABC and Austin Aries by pinfall Exciting opener, which Gallows wins with the Gallows Pole on Aries.
RJ City says he is joined now by Alan Angels, although he tells Angels he is surprised to see him as there is no scheduled interview. Angels says he isn't here for a chat, he knows Danhausen cannot leave RJ alone and so Angels is not leaving his side until Danhausen appears and Angels can take back his X Division title belt.
Matt Cardona def. Josh Alexander by pinfall A slightly different challenge for Alexander, but he fails to overcome it and loses to a Hangman's Neckbreaker
MK Ultra def. Team Sea Stars by pinfall Slamovich gets herself ready for Victory Road with a win when she lands a White Knight Driver on Ashley Vox
Trish Adora stops Trish Stratus backstage and urges her to see sense, that Ivelisse is clearly using her for some reason. Ivelisse interrupts and demands to know why Adora is so jealous of her. Ivelisse warns Adora to back off.
Shotzi Blackheart def. Thunder Rosa by pinfall A great Shotzi performance, as she wins with a Diving Senton
Daga def. Tony Nese by pinfall El Maverick gets Daga the win
The Hardys join RJ City - and Alan Angels - backstage. RJ assures them nothing too weird is happening and they can just ignore Angels. Matt says it's clear that both they and The Kingdom cannot co-exist in TNA. At Victory Road, this must end; so they are proposing a little challenge. Jeff says the losers must leave TNA, and if Taven and Bennett thought their career was almost over last time they faced The Hardys, then they will need to prepare themselves, because this Sunday they will meet each other in a scaffold match.
Moose def. Rich Swann by pinfall A brutal spear gets Moose the win
"Reginald!" Danhausen walks up to RJ City backstage, carrying Angels' X Division belt. However, before Danhausen can say anything more, Angels jumps him, smashing his head into a television screen. Angels says he's feeling very nice right now, despite how very evil Danhausen has been and at Victory Road, he will allow Danhausen one chance to win the title back, but only so he can beat the life out of him.
Serena Deeb def. Sonny Kiss by pinfall Deeb wins with a string of hard chops.
Instead of Deeb's music playing, Violent By Design come to the ring. Eric Young says people seem to have forgotten the devastation they caused when they first arrived, but this is a reminder for everyone, in particular for Ohio versus Everyone. Jon Davis takes out Deeb and Rhino gores Kiss, before Young piledrives Excalibur on the exposed concrete and the rest of Violent By Design trash the set.

Victory Road March - Week 4 - Year 2 Commentary: Ian Riccaboni, Taz, and Elijah Burke
Due to Excalibur's neck injury, inflicted at the hands of Violent By Design, TNA have drafted in Ian Riccaboni to replace him for tonight's show. Taz reveals Violent By Design have been suspended for two weeks.
Knockout's World Tag Team Championship - Monster's Ball match Death Dollz def. Canadian Ninjas (c) by pinfall to win the titles The Death Dollz thrive after being released from the darkness all four have been kept in prior to the event. Courtney Rush wins with an F5 on Portia Perez into thumbtacks
X Division Championship Alan Angels (c) def. Danhausen by pinfall to retain the title Angels wins the match with Wing Snapper. Before celebrating, he immediately tosses Danhausen from the ring.
Extreme Rules Christopher Daniels def. Jerry Lynn by pinfall Daniels isn't letting Lynn's Extreme past give him the advantage. He busts open Lynn on the outside with a metal pole, then wins with Last Rites.
The Kingdom are interviewed backstage by RJ City. They say it is disgusting that they are being expected to compete in yet another dangerous match so soon after their careers, their lives, were so perilously close to ending. Taven says the Hardys may have scant regard for their own wellbeing, but The Kingdom are not so heartless. Bennett says they will, however, compete in the scaffold match, because they now feel it is their duty to protect the entire roster from such reckless opponents.
Ivelisse w/Trish Stratus def. Trish Adora by pinfall Stratus stuns the crowd by attacking Adora while Ivelisse distracts the ref. Ivelisse takes advantage and wins with Desert Eagle.
Digital Media Championship Ricochet def. James Storm (c) by pinfall to win the title A 630 Senton gives Ricochet the victory
Knockouts World Championship Masha Slamovich def Jordynne Grace (c) by pinfall to win the title A shock victory for Slamovich, who lands a White Knight Driver to get the pin
World Heavyweight Championship AJ Styles (c) def. Ace Austin by pinfall by retain the title A Styles Clash sees AJ retain his title After the bell, Austin Aries attacks Ace Austin as he is heading backstage
Loser Leaves TNA - Scaffold Match The Kingdom def. The Hardys Matt Hardy is the first to be eliminated, when Mike Bennett hurls him down to the ring. Jeff Hardy then evens the score, sending Bennett over the edge. The crowd goes wild as Jeff and Taven use the scaffolding like monkey bars and fight it out while dangling precariously. Taven manages to swing himself into a brutal superkick to Jeff's face, which causes him to fall to the ring and give The Kingdom the win.

I was sorry to see Alan Angels take possession of the title again so fast. I was looking forward to seeing RJ City walking around with him as RJ sings "Me and My Shadow".
Glad to see you keep the "locked in dark" stipulation for the Monster's Ball match. That is something that TNA often forgets to mention during the matches. Then again, they have used too much IMO and watered it down a bit.

Riccaboni reveals Excalibur remains off with his injury.
Anthony Greene makes his way to the ring, telling the crowd that Tuesdays need to get back to being a little more fun, a little more of a party, and to stop taking themselves so seriously. Moose interrupts and tells him he doesn't intend to sit around and watch clowns like Greene make a mockery of this sport, while his career stagnates after the attacks on him by Violent By Design. Moose def. Anthony Greene by pinfall The Platinum Hunnies try to distract Moose and get him dancing, but he is all business and wins with a spear
LAX def. The Good Brothers by pinfall Homicide scores the victory for LAX with Da Gringo Killer on Anderson, after a desperation hot tag by Hernandez
Christopher Daniels is interviewed by RJ City. As he is telling Rob Van Dam he warned him what would happen if he didn't leave, RVD jumps him. The pair brawl through the set, as security and referees try to separate them.
Jordynne Grace def. Tasha Steelz by pinfall Grace lands a suicide dive, which smashes Steelz head into guardrail. Grace rolls her back in to get the pin

Impact April - Week 1 - Year 2 Commentary: Tony Schiavone and Taz
Kurt Angle def. Josh Alexander by pinfall It takes almost everything Angle has to get Alexander to stay down in an incredible show opener. He finally wins with an Olympic Slam.
A nervous RJ City is backstage, where he says he has heard Violent By Design are in the building and he has been told to find out why. Eric Young comes out of a dressing room and demands to know why RJ is loitering in the corridor. RJ nervously stutters as he says everyone wants to know why they are in the building and why they did what they did last week? Young says he's made it pretty clear why they did what they did, and as for their suspension - TNA management can get screwed. Young feigns to hit RJ, who turns to flee and crashes straight into Jon Davis, ending in a heap on the floor.
Chris Bey def. Rich Swann by pinfall A good win for Bey, landing a standing moonsault.
Ivelisse and Trish Stratus def Team Sea Stars by pinfall Ivelisse scores the fall, as she and Stratus cheat their way to victory, with Desert Eagle on Ashley Vox. Trish Adora comes to the ring demanding answers from Stratus, but Ivelisse superkicks her straight off the apron
Rhino and Eric Young come to the ring. Young says they don't care about any suspension, Rhino is here to fight. He dares someone to get out here and fight them. Shawn Daivari bravely comes to the ring. Shawn Daivari def. Rhino by pinfall Young initially acts as referee, but Madman Fulton comes to the ring and drags Young out, smashing him into the guardrail. A distracted Rhino is hit with WMD by Daivari, with a ref dragged to the ring by Sami Callihan to count the pinfall.
Austin Aries makes his way to the ring, demanding Ace Austin get out here and join him. Aries says he believed in Ace, supported him and gave him his wisdom, and how has he repaid that? By repeatedly losing in World Title matches. Aries says he hasn't become The Greatest Man Who Ever Lived by wasting opportunities . He orders Ace to explain himself. Before Ace can answer, Aries knocks him to the ground. He tells Ace he's an idiot and will never be the World Champion that Austin Aries was. Chris Bey runs to the ring to save Ace, and Aries struts away laughing and abusing fans.
Johnny Gargano def. Daga by pinfall Gargano gets the win with a baby ace crusher
The Death Dollz join RJ City backstage. Havok tells him they had promised they would win the tag titles, and they did. Any Knockout who shows up for work from next week will be at risk, because this is their playground now. Courtney Rush laughs maniacally.
Backstage, The Kingdom are celebrating forcing The Hardys out of TNA. Drinking champagne, they are laughing and joking and rewatching the superkick which took Jeff Hardy down. Maria tells them both to get serious again, because next week they have a shot at the tag titles.

Violent By Design come to the ring yet again, to flaunt the fact they refuse to follow the suspension put in place by TNA management. They say any New Japan faction is welcome to come and shoot their shot, if they dare. The challenge is answered by Will Ospreay and his United Empire. United Empire def. Violent By Design by pinfall Aussie Open show off their skill, winning with Fidget Spinner on Jon Davis.
Austin Aries def. Prince Devitt, Ricochet and PAC by pinfall An exciting match, with a flurry of high paced action. PAC landed The Brutaliser on Devitt, but Aries immediately hit a 450 Splash onto them both to steal the pinfall.
Josh Alexander def. Tomohiro Ishii by pinfall Alexander is back to winning ways in a hard-hitting affair. He gets the pin with a German Suplex Barrage.
Io Shirai def. Jordynne Grace by pinfall Shirai impresses and this may not be the last we see of her in TNA. She wins with an Asai Moonsault.
Kurt Angle def. Katsuyori Shibata by submission A masterclass of technical wrestling from these two. Angle locks on the Ankle Lock and forces Shibata to tap out. The two men show respect to each other after the match
The Good Brothers def. TMDK by pinfall Magic Killer on Shane Haste gives Gallows and Anderson the win.
Knockouts World Championship Masha Slamovich (c) def. Thekla by pinfall to retain the title Slamovich delays the start of the match to announce she is a fighting champion, and while it was agreed no titles would be on the line tonight, she wants to change that and the Knockouts Title is up for grabs. Slamovich then proceeds to impress in her first defence, winning with the White Knight Driver.
Shinksuke Nakamura def. Johnny Gargano by submission A flying jujigatame gives Shinsuke the win
Kazuchika Okada def. AJ Styles by pinfall An exciting back and forth main event, which the has the crowd enthralled. Okada scores the victory for NJPW with a Rainmaker

RJ City is joined backstage by Anthony Greene. Greene warns Moose he won't stand for being intimidated or threatened, and he will not allow himself to be used to make Moose relevant again. Greene says he better not see Moose at Xplosion again, or he will be dealt with.
Lance Hoyt def. Daniel Garcia by count out Hoyt is overpowering Garcia, so he rolls out the ring and walks away. The James Gang come out and kick him back to the ring, where they double team him and then set up Hoyt for a knockout punch
Ivelisse and Trish Stratus join RJ City backstage. Trish says Ivelisse reminded her of who she really is and what she wants to achieve. First though, they will deal with Trish Adora for getting involved where she's not wanted.
