Impact April - Week 2 - Year 2 Commentary: Excalibur and Taz
Eric Young and Violent By Design make their way to the ring to welcome Excalibur back to the commentary desk. Young says it must have been a terrible time for Excalibur and he is so pleased to see him back at work. He says his anger took over and Excalibur was collateral damage, but it should never have happened. Sami Callihan interrupts to put a stop to this charade. Sami says Lockdown is coming and maybe it's time we see who really are the top dogs, because he has just been told Ohio versus Everyone and Violent By Design will go head to head in the Lethal Lockdown match!
Non-title AJ Styles (c) def. Christopher Daniels by pinfall The World Heavyweight Champion gets the win in an good quality opener, landing a Pele Kick to finish Daniels Kurt Angle comes to the ring post match, he tells the crowd he knows they want to see Angle and Styles go at it one more time in a cage, oh it's true. Styles pauses for a moment and then tells him he will see him at Lockdown.
Excalibur says he has just been informed they have footage of the Death Dollz arriving at the venue earlier today. The footage shows them attacking any knockout they pass, smashing Laynie Luck into the large storage containers, putting Nicole Matthews through a catering table and then hurling Leva Bates through a glass window. Havok darts towards the cameraman, yelling that the Knockouts had been warned.
America's Most Wanted def. Lucha Bros by pinfall Penta and Fenix try everything in their power, but AMW are tough. Storm gets the fall with a Last Call on Fenix.
Awesome Kong def. Sonny Kiss by pinfall A resounding win for Kong, who demolishes Kiss and wins with an Awesome Bomb. When Kong leaves the ring, with Kiss still laid out in the centre, the Death Dollz swoop in to try and attack Kiss. However, Kong turns back and chases them off. A raging Havok promises she will get even with Kong.
Tony Nese joins RJ City backstage. Nese says he swore once he'd dealt with Killer Kross, he would be going after the X Division title, and yet here he still is without a title opportunity. So he is taking matters into his own hands and calling out Alan Angels, who he wants to face next week.
Deonna Purrazzo def. Portia Perez by pinfall Perez is alone, after the attack on Matthews earlier in the night. Purrazzo wins with a Pump Kick.
The camera cuts backstage, where Trish Adora and Ivelisse are in a full blow argument. Trish Stratus comes barging in and tells Adora she needs to put up or shut up, because she has one chance to beat Stratus and that will be at Lockdown.
Non-title Josh Alexander def. Ricochet (c) by submission A win for Alexander over the Digital Media champion, forcing him to tap out in an Ankle Lock
Austin Aries joins RJ City now. Aries says he did what had to be done to Ace Austin, there's nothing more to say about it. RJ asks if Aries is concerned about retribution, but Aries laughs and says you don't get to be the Greatest Man Who Ever Lived easily and we have seen how weak-minded Ace Austin is.
World Tag Team Championship Major Players (c) def. The Kingdom by disqualification Taven takes a beating and when Bennett rushes in to his rescue, he ends up using desperate measures and getting The Kingdom disqualified. The Kingdom continue their assault on Cardona and Myers after the bell before walking away.

That lethal lockdown between VBD and OvE is gonna be good. That will be a violent affair. Tough loss for The Kingdom but I don't think it's over between them and the Major Players. Can't imagine they will take the post match attack too well

Xplosion! April - Week 3 - Year 2 Commentary: Excalibur and Elijah Burke
The show opens with a promo from Rob van Dam and Jerry Lynn. RVD says The Addiction have made their lives a misery, but they aren't going to stand for it any longer. Jerry Lynn says Daniels likes to act like he and Kazarian created TNA, but who was in the opening match of the first TNA show? Jerry Lynn was. Who fought in title fights in three of the first four TNA shows? Jerry Lynn did. Who won the X Division Title twice and the Tag Titles in the first year of TNA's existence? Jerry Lynn did. He warns Daniels this is the house he helped build, and he's about to demolish The Addiction at Lockdown.
Killer Kelly def. Penelope Ford by pinfall Kelly wins with Vale da Morte
Danhausen def. Pepper Parks by pinfall A very nice, very evil victory, as Danhausen lands a Devotion DDTHausen
Jessicka Havok demands RJ City interview her backstage. He nervously asks her about Awesome Kong. Havok stares angrily at him, before telling Kong she didn't need to involve herself in the Death Dollz business last week, but now Havok will have to deal with her, and what better than to do so at Lockdown.
Lucha Bros def. The Rascalz by pinfall Penta and Fenix get their first win since arriving in an exciting Xplosion main event. Rey Fenix gets the win with a Springboard 450 Splash on Dezmond Xavier

A lot to catch up on after being away from the boards for Christmas!! Special mention to Angle v Alexander, what a banger to open a regular show!! Lethal Lockdown will be awesome and always nice (evil?) to see Danhausen pick up a victory!!!

Lucha Bros def. Buffalo Boys by pinfall Incredible tag opener to this week's Impact, as the crowd chant Fight Forever! Penta wins with a Pentagon Driver on Kevin Blackwood
Deonna Purrazzo def. Solo Darling by submission Darling is a tough opponent, but Purrazzo wins with a Fujiwara Armbar Purrazzo takes the mic post match, calling out Masha Slamovich and demanding a title shot at Lockdown.
Excalibur says he received a special invite to once again attend the home of The Kingdom this week, and we will see that interview now. Excalibur thanks The Kingdom for their time and then asks them why the continue to sneak attack people and use dirty tricks to try and get their way. Taven says they like Excalibur, so they won't take his impertinence to heart right now, but he does need to watch his tone. Bennett tells him they came back from near death, and they have saved the tag division from the reckless Hardy Boys, and yet they are still having to prove their worth or overcome the odds. Taven says they will not apologise for doing what must be done, because every single time they step through the curtain, their lives flash through their eyes once again. Maria tells Excalibur his time is up, but everyone will be seeing more of The Kingdom very soon.
Danhausen is backstage, where he approaches RJ City demanding to be interviewed. RJ begrudgingly agrees and Danhausen says: "Okay, Reginald, you can ask your questions now..." RJ stares are him angrily and then says he doesn't have any questions, clearly, because this wasn't scheduled and Danhausen is a nobody. Danhausen, offended, yells: "Well, why are you wasting my time then!"
James Gang def. Crist Brothers by pinfall Dave Crist takes a beating and is twice saved by Jake, but BG gets the pin with a Pump Handle Slam on Dave. During the match, the camera cuts backstage, where the Buffalo Boys are watching the match intently.
Jordynne Grace joins RJ City backstage. She tells him she has been weighing up what comes next for her, and frankly she really isn't sure what she has to come for her in TNA. As she's talking, Abadon walks in and starts staring at Grace. Grace stops the interview and demands to know what Abadon wants, but when they don't answer Grace starts demanding answers. Abadon just walks away though.
Violent By Design (Eric Young, Wes Brisco and Rhino) def. The Rascalz by pinfall VBD are in a wild mood, and brutalise The Rascalz, with Rhino landing a Gore on Trey Miguel to get the win.
Tasha Steelz def. Portia Perez by pinfall Steelz secures an excellent victory with a Crucifix Bomb
Ace Austin comes to the ring to address what Austin Aries has had to say about him of late. Ace says Aries has had a lot to say for himself, but who's really listening to him. He questions who wants to listen to the mad ramblings of a washed up commentator, trying to make himself relevant again? Ace says Aries has spent so long in the depths of conspiracy and too little time in reality, but he wants to be absolutely clear now - Austin Aries reckoning is coming!

Christopher Daniels joins RJ City backstage. He tells RJ that Lynn may have been there in TNA's formative days, but whose matches do people remember to this day? On Sunday, he warns Lynn and RVD that The Addiction will put an end to things between them, because this is their house and following Lockdown, RVD and Lynn will be homeless.
Taylor Wilde def. Heidi Lovelace by pinfall Wilde Ride gives Taylor the victory
Ricochet is interviewed by RJ City now. He says a champion like him should be at a PPV, and yet so far there is no sign of a match for him. Jimmy Rave interrupts him and says he can fix that, if Ricochet wants to put the title on the line against him? Ricochet tells him it's on.
Non-title Major Players def. The Good Brothers by disqualification The Kingdom interrupt the match and hurl Cardona into a guardrail and Myers into the ring steps. Taven tells Cardona and Myers to shine the titles up real nice, because they're going home with The Kingdom on Sunday.

Excalibur welcomes everyone to the show and reveals there will be a major return to TNA later tonight, as footage from earlier in the day of a pink limo arriving at the venue plays.
Ivelisse and Trish Stratus def. Buddy System by pinfall Stratusfaction gets the win for Trish and Ivelisse
Kurt Angle def. Danhausen by submission Angle is somewhat confused by Danhausen, who tries to curse him and does land the Devotion DDTHausen. However, Angle comes back and forces a submission when he locks on an Ankle Lock
Daniel Garcia and Kevin Blackwood come to the ring, with Garcia saying they warned the James Gang things weren't over between them and after their unprovoked attack of him a fortnight ago, they want retribution and they want it now. James Gang def. Buffalo Boys by pinfall Garcia and Blackwood give their all, but they lose again when the James Gang ambush them.
Eric Young and Violent By Design join RJ City. RJ asks them who will represent them in the main event tonight to decide who has the advantage in the Lethal Lockdown on Sunday. Young says Rhino will bring all his experience and savagery to give them the upper hand.
Rey Fenix def. Trey Miguel by pinfall High-flying action, which comes to an end when Fenix lands a Springboard 450 Splash
The crowd erupt as The Beautiful People return to TNA! Velvet Sky says they are here to bring glamour back to the Knockouts Division. However, they are interrupted by Cherry Bomb and Penelope Ford. Cherry says you don't get to just turn up and start telling people what's going to happen, there's a pecking order here. Ford challenges Sky and Love to a tag match at Lockdown, which Sky accepts but says they can have a preview now if one of them dares to face her. Velvet Sky def. Penelope Ford by pinfall Sky gets the win with In Yo Face
Sea Stars def. MK Ultra by pinfall Deonna Purrazzo comes out and gets into a brawl with Slamovich on the outside, leaving Kelly to get pinned after a Hart Attack
Lethal Lockdown Advantage Decider Madman Fulton def. Rhino by pinfall The two teams end up in a mass brawl on the outside of the ring after Callihan saves Fulton from being pinned. The ref banishes both teams from ringside, and Fulton wins with BTB, meaning OvE will have the advantage throughout Lethal Lockdown on Sunday

Beautiful People def. Final Girls by escape On commentary, they reveal this is a Knockouts tag title number one contender match. Cherry Bomb goes for a sunset flip powerbomb out of the corner, but Velvet Sky holds on to the cage and quickly scrambles up and over the cage to escape and win for her team.
Austin Aries def. Ace Austin by escape Both are sat on top of the cage, fighting back and forth, when Ace loses his balance and takes a horrendous fall to the ring. Aries escapes to win.
Knockouts World Championship Deonna Purrazzo def. Masha Slamovich (c) by submission Slamovich is drawn into a wrestling contest, rather than using the cage to her advantage, and Purrazzo forces her to tap out in a Fujiwara Armbar.
The Addiction def. Rob Van Dam and Jerry Lynn by pinfall All four seek to gain every advantage from the cage, and Kaz and Lynn are both left extremely bloody. Daniels moonsaults from the top of the cage to take everyone out, then lands Angel' Wings on RVD to win.

Lethal Lockdown Ohio versus Everyone def. Violent By Design by pinfall Utter chaos ensues in this one, as the commentary team try in vain to keep tabs on what everyone is doing. Highlights include Rhino tying Callihan up in the ropes and repeatedly attacking him with a barbed wire baseball bat, Young and Callihan taking it in turns to staple each other's heads and chests, Jake Crist being Brisco Bombed through a flaming table and Fulton going wild and repeatedly slamming VBD members into thumbtacks. Fulton eventually gets the win for his team when he chokeslams Brisco through a barbed wire covered table.
