This is a low budget horror movie. It has neat, although probably not original, idea. The general ending is easy to see coming. As a movie I give it only a D. Grading it for what it is, a low budget horror movie, I have it a C. Character development and story plot is uneven, and you see glimpses of what it could have been. The main reason I bought this is it has Angus Scrimm (Tall Man from the Phantasm franchise) in it. This is the only movie I have seen with him outside of Phantasm movies. Plus, I got it cheap. It was cool seeing him and I can almost imagine this being part of the same universe. Almost. It is not a movie I would recommend beyond if someone is a fan of Scrimm's and want to see him in a small part of the movie. Or if you like cheesy cheap horror movies.

I realized I made a mistake. I had seen Scrimm in one other movie. John Dies At The End. Real small part in that one too.

One thing I forgot to mention in my original post is that I think the movie was filmed around the time of a mass shooting or a day of remembrance like 9/11 as in a couple shots (or the same one shown twice more likely) the American flag was at half mast. Maybe the death of a high ranking government official as well.
