ECW Hardcore TV Episode # 01
06.23.2023 from ECW Arena - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

- *The Return to Television* -
The show opens with a shot of the ECW Arena packed with rabid fans chanting "ECW! ECW! ECW!" The shot then goes on the entrance way where we see Paul Heyman come out with a microphone in hand.

Paul Heyman: We're back!

The fans go crazy and continue chanting.

Paul Heyman: Tonight is the return of ECW. We don't need no RAW, We don't need no Smackdown! NXT or even All Elite Wrestling, ECW is here and we are taking over! Now tonight we are going to see an ECW Television championship contenders match where the winner will face "The Man Beast" Rhino at the next pay per view - ECW Heat Wave which will take place July 23rd! Hit that opening video!

The opening video hits and we go to the ring for our first match - Chris Candido taking on Sabian for a shot at the ECW Television championship!

*ECW Television Championship Contenders Match*

BLK Jeez vs. Chris Candido

Chris Candido defeated BLK Jeez with a Blonde Bomb at 2:03

Match Rating: 2.00

Match Notes: After the bout as Sabian was getting to his feet and recovering from his loss, Tammy Lynn Sytch hopped on the apron and got in the ring and went to celebrate his victory with Candido. Sabian took this opportunity and grabbed Tammy's butt which pissed off Candido. The two then brawled around the ring and to the backstage as the show went to a commercial break.

*Sinister Minister and his Crew Speak*
After the commercial break Sinister Minister appears in a locker room. The lockers are red and there is a bench in the middle of the room.

Sinister Minister: Well well well, Sabian getting a little frisky after his match with Candido - Candido isn't too happy but enough about them. My men, my team - Eli Everfly and Mikey Whipwreck will be in an ECW World Tag Team championship contender match next week on the show.

Mikey Whipwreck: We are going to be facing The Super Smash Brothers - Player Uno and Player Dos.

Eli Everfly: It's going to be GAME OVER for them and we will go on to Heat Wave and beat Danny Doring and Roadkill for the championship!

Sinister Minister then shoots a flame into the air and cackles like a madman as the shot goes to the ring for our next match on the show!

 *The Debut of Masters and Miranda*

After the commercial break the shot goes on the entrance way where we see Chris Masters wearing a black leather jacket come out. He is brought to the ring by Miranda Gordy. They walk down the aisle to the ring. After they both get into the ring, Miranda Gordy takes the microphone and starts to talk.

Miranda Gordy: Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to introduce to you the future of Extreme Championship Wrestling - my man Chris Masters. We are issuing an open challenge to anyone who wants to face him right here, right now!

The shot then goes to the ring and we see Lee Moriarty come out. He takes the microphone from the ring announcer.

Lee Moriarty: I accept your challenge!

The bell sounds and the match is on.

*Singles Match*

Chris Masters vs. Lee Moriarty

Lee Moriarty defeated Chris Masters with a Pinning Combo at 2:28

Match Rating: 4.00

Match Notes: After the bell Miranda Gordy hopped on the apron and yelled at the referee. She then ordered Masters to put him in the Master Lock. Chris Masters put him in the Master Lock until Lee Moriarty - who was half way down the aisle when this was happening - ran down and the two had a wild brawl.

Before the show then went to a commercial break we Joey Styles telling us that we were going to see "The Homicidal, Suicidal, Genocidal" Sabu taking on Eli Everfly!

*Main Event*

Sabu vs. Eli Everfly

Sabu defeated Eli Everfly with a Triple Jump Moonsault at 3:36

Match Rating: 3.00

Match Notes: After the match Sabu grabbed Everfly and tossed him out of the ring. He punched him in the face and then grabbed a table from underneath the ring. He then set up and put Everfly on it. They caused Mikey Whipwreck and Sinister Minister to come down to ringside. Sabu went for a leg drop through the table but Mikey moved Everfly out of the way. He then grabbed Sabu and held him up as Sinister Minister fired a fireball in his face!

The show went off the air with Sabu yelling in pain!

Joey Styles: Sabu is hurt! Sabu has been blinded! OH MY GOD!

ECW Hardcore TV Episode # 02
06.30.2023 from ECW Arena

- *Opening Segment* -
ECW Hardcore TV comes on the air where we see Mikey Whipwreck holding Sabu by the arms on the arena floor. Sinister Minister is there as well and he shoots a FIREBALL in the face of Sabu. Sabu collapses to the floor.

Joey Styles: Sabu is hurt! Sabu has been blinded!

The shot goes onto Sinister Minister. He cackles like a madman.

Joey Styles: Get a medic out here, this does not look good!

Sabu gets to his feet but he is grabbing at his face in pain. We then see a shot of Sinister Minister and his Unholy Alliance - Mikey Whipwreck and Eli Everfly.

Mikey Whipwreck: We took out Sabu, who is next?

The show then goes into the next segment.

- *Living the High Life* -
The shot then goes to the parking lot. We see a red Porsche pull in as the fans who are waiting in line watch on. The car parks and then we see "The Master Piece" Chris Masters wearing a black leather jacket and blue jeans step out from the driver side of the car. The shot then goes onto the passenger side where we see Miranda Gordy step out wearing a red dress with heels. The camera zooms in on Chris Masters.

Chris Masters: You know last week on the return episode of ECW Hardcore TV left a bad taste in my mouth. I didn't really get my career off to the right start here in Extreme Championship Wrestling. Well tonight, things are going to change. You see tonight I am issuing a challenge to Lee Moriarty to a rematch. I am going to show you that last week's win was a fluke and I am someone not to mess with.

Miranda Gordy: And Lee Moriarty, be ready because tonight I will be at ringside to make things go smoothly. You see you haven't got rid of Chris Masters - as a matter of fact he is just getting started. We are going to show you that you got lucky and that Chris Masters will be a future champion here in Extreme Championship Wrestling.

Chris Masters: Buckle up wrestling fans because tonight when I step into the ring with Lee Moriarty things are going to get crazy. I am going to put you in the Masterlock and it will be all over. Call your family and tell them goodbye because this will be the end of your career here. Now enough talk, it's time to get ready for the bout!

The show then goes into the next segment.

- *An Unholy Game* -
We then go backstage at the ECW Arena where we see The Super Smash Brothers sitting in front of a television playing a video game. They play for a moment and then stop, giving each other a high five for accomplishing something in the game. A moment later Sinister Minister appears and shuts off the console. The Super Smash Brothers look at each other pissed off and get up.

We see Sinister Minister and his Unholy Alliance standing here laughing about what just went down. The shot then goes onto Player Uno who then begins to speak.

Player Uno: Why did you do that, shut the console off you jerk?

Sinister Minister: You know what Player Uno, Player Dos, you guys need to realize what is going on. My men, The Unholy Alliance are going to beat you tonight and go on to face Danny Doring and Roadkill at ECW Heat Wave. You see, the fun and games are over. It's now time to get ready for a real challenge and that is beating my team.

Mikey Whipwreck: Pay real close attention. We are the top tag team here in ECW. Those straps are ours and we will stop at nothing to get them. You see Super Smash Brothers it's time to face reality and realize we are the best.

Eli Everfly: It's only a matter of time. The clock is ticking down. We will be facing you in a match in just a few short minutes. Buckle up.

Player Dos: You're messing with the wrong crew. The Super Smash Brothers are no joke and we will beat you and Danny Doring and Roadkill at ECW Heat Wave and that's just the way things are going to go.

The show then goes to the ring for the first match of the evening.

- *The Unholy Alliance vs The Super Smash Brothers* -
The Super Smash Brothers beat The Unholy Alliance of Mikey Whipwreck and Eli Everfly to earn an ECW World Tag Team championship match at 7:28 with a Fatality. The Super Smash Brothers will now go on to ECW Heat Wave 2023 to face the team of Danny Doring and Roadkill for the straps!

- *A Word About Sabu* -
Back from the commercial break we see a highlight of the match between The Super Smash Brothers and The Unholy Alliance. The shot then goes backstage where we see "The Whole F'n Show" Rob Van Dam standing beside Bill Alphonso. Rob Van Dam sees that the camera is on him.

Rob Van Dam: I guess you want to know the status of Sabu. Well quite frankly, Fonzie and I don't really know. As everyone is well aware he is hurt - to what extent? We aren't sure because we don't have contact with him. Sabu is a man of few words and he is keeping quiet.

Bill Alphonso: Just know that when he is ready to come back to Extreme Championship Wrestling - he will and he will come back with a vengeance. Unholy Alliance you made a real bad mistake and you're going to pay for it. Sabu will not back down from anyone.

The show then goes into the next segment!

- Lee Gets Ready -
The shot then goes to Lee Moriarty. He is standing backstage with a pair of headphones. He is jumping up and down doing jumping jacks. After he does about twenty five he stops and sees that the camera is on him. He gives a big smile.

Lee Moriarty: So Chis Masters made a challenge to me. Well Masters, you and your lady are going to see that I am the very best in Extreme Championship Wrestling. Tonight Chris Masters I am going to send you packing and I am going to show all the fans in ECW that I am the future of this company. Chris Masters, prepare yourself because it is going to be a war.

Lee Moriarty picks up a bottle of water and twists off the top. He takes a big swig of it and then continues speaking.

Lee Moriarty: Chris Masters, you're tough and you're strong. I am fast though and I will end you come the main event tonight. It won't be long before I have some gold around my waist here. Now if you don't mind I have a big match to prepare for!

The shot then goes to the ring for Chris Candido where he takes on Cheeseburger!

- Chris Candido -versus- Cheeseburger -
Chris Candido with Tammy Lynn Sytch beat Cheeseburger at 1:31 with a Blonde Bomb. After the match Chris Candido grabbed the microphone.

Chris Candido: Cheeseburger, you messed with the wrong man and the same goes for you Sabian. You touched my girlfriend and that really pissed me off. Sabian you have not seen the last of me. I am going to make you pay for what you did.

The shot then goes to the entrance way where we see Sabian walk out with microphone in hand.

Sabian: Chris Candido, quit complaining. Your woman doesn't want to be with you. She secretly wants to be with BLK Jeez. Isn't that right?

Tammy Sytch: Sabian, you can only dream. How about this, how about at Heat Wave on July 23rd, you and Chris fight. You both want at each other so let's make this official what do you say Sabian?

Sabian: I accept the challenge. Just know that I won't be coming alone!

The show then goes to a commercial break.

- Jerry Lynn Talks -
After the commercial break we see "The New F'n Show" Jerry Lynn standing outside the arena in front of a brick wall. He is wearing a ECW logo shirt. He sees that the camera is on him. He motions for the camera to zoom in. Once it does he starts to talk.

Jerry Lynn: You know, I haven't been getting the respect I deserved. Everyone is looking over me. Well when I face Rob Van Dam next week for a shot at the ECW World Heavyweight championship, people won't be doubting me anymore. You see, I've been in this business for a really long time. I've been up and down the highways, I've been on planes to many different countries. Rob Van Dam better be ready because once that bell sounds, I will stop at nothing to beat him. See you in the ring real soon Van Dam. It's only a week away!

The shot then goes to the next promo.

- Rob Van Dam has something to Say -
The shot then goes to Rob Van Dam in his locker room. He is not alone because Bill Alphonso is there with him. He is sitting on a chair while Bill is standing beside him. Rob Van Dam smiles and then begins to speak.

Rob Van Dam: Jerry Lynn, you're all in a huff because you think people aren't acknowledging you. Where did I hear that before? Anyway, Jerry Lynn, I know that you are a great wrestler and that I know that when you and I step into the ring it is going to be a war. We've stepped into the ring before. We've had some great matches and next week on ECW Hardcore TV, we are going to have one more. Tell him Bill.

Bill Alphonso: That's right Daddy-o, Rob Van Dam, The Whole F'n Show is going to end Jerry Lynn. He is going to beat Rhino at the Heat Wave pay per view next month. Be ready Jerry Lynn because it's going to be a great match Daddy-O One for the ages!

He then blows his whistle as the shot goes to the ring for the next match on the show.

- Chris Masters vs Lee Moriarty -
Lee Moriarty beat Chris Masters with a Joint Custody at 3:45. Miranda Gordy tried to interfere but it didn't work. Lee Moriarty celebrated his victory as Miranda Gordy attended to the hurt Chris Masters. Chris Masters took a fit at ringside as Lee Moriarty taunted him in the ring. The show then went to a commercial break!

- Closing Promos -
After the commercial break we go to Joey Styles who is standing in front of an ECW backdrop. He is wearing a white suit with a red pocket square. He has a microphone in hand and sees that the camera is on him. He then begins to talk.

Joey Styles: Next week here on ECW Hardcore TV, we are going to see Rob Van Dam taking on Jerry Lynn where the winner faces Rhino for the ECW World championship at the Heat Wave pay per view. I don't know who is going to win but it is going to be a great match that you won't want to miss!

The shot then goes to Danny Doring and Roadkill. They have the ECW Tag Team championships draped over their shoulder.

Danny Doring: So we are going to face The Super Smash Brothers at ECW Heat Wave. Well they better not worry about video games because facing us is no game. We are going to beat the tar out of them and retain our belts. Right Roadkill?

Roadkill: CHICKENS!

The shot then goes to Rhino who is standing in front of a row of red lockers. He has the ECW World and ECW Television championships over either shoulder. He sees that the camera is on him and then starts to talk.

Rhino: Chris Candido, I face you at ECW Heat Wave for the ECW Television championship. You better be *CENSORED* ready to face me because I am going to piledrive you through a table and I am going to knock you the *CENSORED* out. Jerry Lynn, Rob Van Dam, who ever I face you're going to feel the GORE as I will retain my F'N championship!

The shot then goes to The Sandman who is sitting outside against a brick wall. He has his Singapore Cane in hand.

The Sandman: Next week on ECW Hardcore TV, I am going to make my return. I am going to cane some asses!

The show then goes off the air.

ECW Hardcore TV Episode # 03
07.07.2023 from ECW Arena

- *Opening Segment* -
The show opens with a shot of the crowd. They are waving at the camera and holding up signs, trying to get seen on television. Some of the signs say "I'm here for Rob Van Dam!", "ECW will Never Die!" and "Sabu will get revenge!" The shot then goes to the entrance way where we see "The King of Old School" Steve Corino come out with a microphone. He starts talking as he makes his way down the aisle.

Steve Corino: Everyone is so happy that Extreme Championship Wrestling is back. Everyone is happy that the Hardcore Revolution has returned to the airways. You know that is all fine and dandy but just know that I, "The King of Old School" Steve Corino is here to end the fun and end hardcore wrestling. When I am through with this company it will be the end of everything this company stands for. Now, if there anyone who opposes this, come out here right now so I can beat you and send you packing!

We hear some music and the shot goes back to the entrance way. We then see Cheeseburger come out to some applause and cheers. He has a microphone in hand and starts to talk.

Cheeseburger: Steve Corino, you run your mouth and say you're going to end hardcore wrestling. Well guess what, I'm here to shut you up. I accept your challenge and I am going to save this company from having to hear from you ever again!

The shot then goes back on Steve Corino. He laughs to himself and then starts to talk.

Steve Corino: Bring it on loser!

Cheeseburger drops his microphone and slides into the ring and the match starts!

- Match # 01 - Steve Corino vs Cheeseburger -
Steve Corino defeated Cheeseburger with an Old School Explusion at 1:58! This was a good, fast paced opening bout where Cheeseburger almost getting the win. Steve Corino tosses him to the floor after the bout and grabs a microphone.

- *Corino Speaks Again* -
Steve Corino has a microphone in hand. He stands over the fallen Cheeseburger and starts to talk.

Steve Corino: Oh wow Cheeseburger, you really showed me. You really did save hardcore wrestling from me. Cheeseburger you're nothing but a punk!

Suddenly we hear some music and the fans go crazy. The camera pans the crowd as "Enter Sandman" by Metallica hits the speakers. We then see The Sandman with a Singapore cane in hand. He walks down the steps and to the front row of the arena.

He cracks open a beer and chugs it and shares some with the ringside fans. He then jumps over the guard rail and gets into the ring where he hits Steve Corino in the head with the cane. Steve Corino stumbles back and then grabs the cowbell that he usually has and nails The Sandman in the head with it. The two trade shots to the head until The Sandman gets the advantage and knocks Steve Corino loopy. He crashes to the mat and rolls out of the ring and into the guard rail.

He uses the guard rail to hold himself up. The Sandman gets out of the ring and the two begin to fight to around the ring and into the crowd. The show then goes to a commercial break.

- *Rob Van Dam Talks* -
Back from the commercial break we go backstage where we see Rob Van Dam enter the back door. He is pulling his luggage behind him. The camera zooms right on him and he starts to talk.

Rob Van Dam: Tonight I step into the ring with one of my rivals - Jerry Lynn. Jerry Lynn is a hell of a wrestler. He can really go in the ring and we've had some great matches together. Tonight I am going to beat him and earn a championship match against Rhino for the ECW World championship. I am going to wear that belt proudly. I've been up and down the roads and faced the very best in the world - tonight will be no different.

He pauses for a moment and looks around. He then starts to talk again.

Rob Van Dam: Tonight is a new chapter in the career of Rob Van Dam. I can't wait to hold that championship proudly at Heat Wave in just a few weeks. See you real soon in the ring - Jerry Lynn!

The shot then goes to The Unholy Alliance and Sinister Minister who are ready to speak.

- *The Unholy Alliance Speak* -
We see Sinister Minister with Mikey Whipwreck and Eli Everfly. They are standing in a dark alley way beside a green dumpster. Sinister Minister sees that the camera is there and starts to talk.

Sinister Minister: So The Unholy Alliance was a little unlucky. We didn't beat The Super Smash Brothers and we won't be facing Danny Doring and Roadkill for the tag team titles at ECW Heat Wave, but that doesn't mean we won't be at ECW Heat Wave in just a few weeks. We will be there and we want a match.

Mikey Whipwreck: That's right, we want a tag team match and we are issuing an open challenge to any team that wants to face us. Whoever wants to step up, just bring it on. We will gladly kick your butts in front of millions on pay per view!

Eli Everfly: Yeah! We're going to beat anyone who comes in our way and we will earn a shot at the ECW World Tag Team championship in no time! See you in the ring!

We then see The Sinister Minister cackle like a madman as the show goes into the next segment.

- *Credible and Francine Have Something to Say* -
The shot then goes backstage where we see Justin Credible wearing a pair of blue jeans shorts and a black tee shirt that says "Got Blood?" on it. Standing beside him is "The Queen of Extreme" Francine wearing a purple dress and holding a Singapore Cane in hand.

Justin Credible: You know, it's been a long time since I wrestled in an ECW ring. It's been a long time since I wrestled in front of a ECW crowd. Heat Wave is coming and I don't have a match, but that doesn't mean I won't be there. You see, Francine and I have a plan and we are going to execute that plan at Heat Wave.

Francine: We are going to be at the top of the promotion come the end of ECW Heat Wave. Justin Credible will be ECW World champion soon, you can count on that. See you at Heat Wave!

The show then goes to a commercial break.

- Match # 02 - Homicide vs Val Venis -
Homicide beat Val Venis at 5:49 with a piledriver! This was a great back and forth match between these two. The fans ate it up.

After the match Val Venis grabbed a microphone and started to talk.

Val Venis: I may have lost tonight, but you haven't seen the last of me. I am going to come back better than ever and next time I am going to introduce to you - my Co Star, hahaha!

The shot then went to the next segment.

- *C.W. Anderson is Here!* -
The scene opens backstage where we see C.W. Anderson wearing his blue and gray singlet. He sees that the camera is on him so he drops down and does twenty five push ups. He gets up and motions for the camera to zoom in on him. The camera zooms in and he starts to speak.

C.W. Anderson: The Enforcer is back in Extreme Championship Wrestling. I am here to take what I know that I deserve and that is the ECW World Television championship. Now I know Rhino is the champ and I know Chris Candido is the number one contender but what I also know is that when that is all over, I am the one who will be getting the championship match. Now, in just a few moments I am going to step into the ring with Lee Moriarty. I am going to beat him up and send him packing.

He pauses for a moment and then continues speaking.

C.W. Anderson: I am the future of this company. I am going to be a Grand Slam champion once it is all said and done and my career is over. I am pumped to face Lee Moriarty. He may be knew but he's no slouch and tonight we are going to have the best match on the show! See you in the ring real soon Lee.

The shot then goes to the ring for our next match on the show.

- Match # 03 - C.W. Anderson vs Lee Moriarty -
C.W. Anderson beat Lee Moriarty at 2:40 with a Shotgun Super Kick. This was a good bout that saw some wild action. After the bell C.W. Anderson grabbed the hurt Lee Moriarty and tossed him to the floor. He then turned to the camera and taunted the camera. He then exited the ring as the fans booed him.

- *Rhino Promo* -
The show then went to a commercial break. After the break we go to "The Man Beast" Rhino. He is wearing a red and black singlet and has both his championships draped over his shoulders. He is standing in a locker room. The lockers are red. The camera zooms in on him and he starts to speak.

Rhino: Tonight we find out who the *CENSORED* faces me for the ECW World championship at ECW Heat Wave. Will it be Jerry Lynn or Rob Van Dam? It doesn't matter to me. You see because I am the mother *CENSORED* Man Beast and I will GORE them all. I will walk out champion and there is nothing they can do about it.

He pauses for a moment.

Rhino: The same goes for Chris Candido. He wants my Television championship, well all he has to do is take it from me. Come on Candido, don't be a bitch, come get it. I'll see you at ECW Heat Wave!

The shot then goes to the next segment.

- *Candido and Tammy Speak* -
The shot opens where we see Chris Candido and his girlfriend Tammy Sytch sitting in a fancy restaurant. Chris Candido is wearing a fancy black suit and Tammy is wearing a nice looking red dress. As they sit there at the table we see them take sips from their glasses of wine. Tammy starts to talk when she sees that there is a camera on her.

Tammy Sytch: Rhino, Rhino, Rhino... you'll never be in a place like this because you have no class. Chris and I are enjoying a nice meal on a rare night off. We are very excited that in just a few weeks Chris will be facing you for the ECW World Television championship.

Chris Candido: That's right Tammy. Rhino, you're a monster. You're tough and crazy but you are no match for me. I am going to beat you and take your belt and there is nothing you can do about it. I'll see you in the squared circle real soon. Now, let me enjoy my meal with my lady!

The show then goes to a commercial break.

- Match # 04 - Rob Van Dam vs Jerry Lynn -
Rob Van Dam beat Jerry Lynn with a Five Star Frog Splash at 1:20. Even though the match was short, it was good and had the fans going crazy. Rob Van Dam now goes on to ECW Heat Wave to face Rhino for the ECW World Heavyweight championship!

- *Rhino and Rob Van Dam Stand Off* -
As Rob Van Dam is celebrating his big victory, we see "The Man Beast" Rhino make his way down the aisle. He climbs into the ring with both belts. Rob Van Dam doesn't see him right away. As he is posing to the crowd, he turns around and sees Rhino standing there.

The two then go face to face. The camera doesn't pick up what was said between the two but the two start shoving each other back and forth until it turns into a brawl. They fight around the ring and to the backstage area.

The shot then goes to Joey Styles who is standing in front of an ECW back drop.

- *Styles Speaks* -
We then go to Joey Styles who is wearing a gray suit with blue pocket square. He is standing in front of an ECW banner. He sees the camera and talks.

Joey Styles: Well there you have it, the main event of ECW Heat Wave has been confirmed. It will be Rob Van Dam taking on Rhino for the ECW World championship. But that's not all the matches on the card - we will also see Rhino defend his ECW World Television championship against Chris Candido. Plus, we will see The Super Smash Brothers try to take the ECW World Tag Team championship away from Danny Doring and Roadkill. It's going to be a hell of a show that you won't want to miss! Wait a minute, I think there is something going down ringside, let's get a camera there!

The shot then goes into the next segment.

- *Sabu Returns* -
The shot then goes to the entrance way. We see Bill Alphonso blowing his whistle as "The Homicidal, Suicidal, Genocidal" Sabu makes his way past the black curtain. The two walk to the ring. Bill Alphonso takes the microphone but before he can speak, Joey Styles talks.

Joey Styles: We'll hear what they have to say on the next episode! Sabu is back!

The show then goes off the air.

ECW Hardcore TV Episode # 04
July 14th, 2023 – Queens, New York

The show opens with a shot of the ring. We see Bill Alphonso and Sabu standing in the center. The fans are chanting for Sabu. Bill Alphonso looks at the camera and smiles. He then starts to talk.

Bill Alphonso: Mikey Whipwreck, Eli Everfly, Sinister Minister... what you guys did to my man Sabu was a really bad thing. You see your burnt his face with a fireball. His face is covered in bandages because of you. You see, Sabu is back and he is coming for you first Eli Everfly. As a matter of fact, next week here on ECW Hardcore TV... he wants you in a match. You see, Sabu wants revenge and he is going to get it next week in Queens, New York!

The shot then goes to the entrance way where we see Sinister Minister come out with The Unholy Alliance. He has a microphone in hand and steps in front of his men and starts to speak.

Sinister Minister: You want revenge Sabu? Well how about right now?!

Eli Everfly and Mikey Whipwreck hit the ring and the two beat down Sabu. Bill Alphonso gets in the way and the two toss him to the arena floor. Suddenly we see Rob Van Dam hit the ring and he takes out The Unholy Alliance! With Sabu and Rob Van Dam standing side by side this brings us to the opening video for the show.

After the opening video we go to Joey Styles who is wearing a blue suit with a white pocket square. He has a microphone hand and is standing in front of an ECW back drop.

Joey Styles: That footage that you just saw was from the conclusion of the show last week. Now tonight we will see Sabu take on Eli Everfly in our main event. Now I have word that something is going on in the parking lot! Let's get a camera over there!

The shot then goes to the parking lot. We see Justin Credible and The Sandman fighting. The two trade Singapore cane shots to the head. Credible then gives The Sandman a knee to the stomach and the two fight around the cars. The Sandman charges him and Credible gives him a hip toss on the hood of a car. As The Sandman collects himself, The Queen of Extreme – Francine sprays perfume in his eyes. The two then take off leaving The Sandman in a lot of pain. The shot then goes back to Joey Styles!

Joey Styles: Whoa, what a wild brawl. Well we are going to go to the ring for our first match on the show!

Cheeseburger defeated Danny Doring with a Shotei Palm Strike. After the bell Roadkill came down to the ring. He body slammed Cheeseburger in the center of the ring and then hit three big splashes from the top rope. As Cheeseburger is getting medical attention, the scene cuts to the next.

The shot then goes to Joey Styles who says that the band Steel Panther will be playing at the Heat Wave pay per view. The shot then goes to a promo with Raven.

We see an empty play ground at a school. We then see Raven sitting on a bench with his head down. He lifts his head and then starts to talk.

Raven: Extreme Championship Wrestling. I, Raven am coming but I won't be coming alone. See as I walk the streets of New York at night, I see freaks and loners. I've been contemplating whether to bring her along, but I've come to the decision to do so.

We then see a woman wearing a black tee shirt and jean shorts. She stands beside Raven.

Raven: This is one of my many followers – her name is Kennedi Copeland. She will be watching my back with all the craziness that may happen in a fight. If you have a problem, just step up. Quote the Raven – Nevermore!

The shot then goes to Kennedi Copeland who does the Raven pose as the shot then goes to Joey Styles.

Joey Styles: Kennedi Copeland and Raven are here in Extreme Championship Wrestling? What next? Well be that as it may, we have word that Steve Corino is in the backstage area and he has some things to say. Let's go to that!

The shot then goes to The King of Old School – Steve Corino. He sees the camera and then starts to talk.

Steve Corino: ECW is nothing but violence for the sake of violence. I am going to put a stop to that but I am not alone. You see, I need a little bit of back up. That's why I hired two men to protect me from the hooligans and crazy people here in Extreme Championship Wrestling! Those men are "The World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry and D-Lo Brown.

The two men then walk on camera standing on either side of Corino.

Steve Corino: These two men will watch my back as I put an end to Hardcore Wrestling. You see, the fans of ECW are nothing but blood thirsty idiots and I am going to end their fun and show them what REAL wrestling is all about. If you've got a problem with that, all you have to do is step up to the plate and take a swing at the King of Old School!

The shot then goes to Mad Man Pondo and "The Bulldozer" Matt Tremont. Mad Man Pondo is holding up a steel chair. Matt Tremont has a metal pipe.

Mad Man Pondo: Steve Corino is running his mouth about how he is going to put an end to Hardcore wrestling. Well, Tremont and I are what Hardcore Wrestling is all about. So at Heat Wave we are going to challenge you and one of your men to a fight. Bring everything you got because you are going to go to the hospital!

Matt Tremont: Steve Corino, bring your men and we are going to end you. See you soon pumpkin!

The show then goes to a commercial break.

Joey Styles: I was told during the commercial break that we will see two more matches added to the Heat Wave pay per view. The first will be The Sandman taking on Justin Credible. The second match will be Steve Corino and a partner taking on Mad Man Pondo and "The Bulldozer" Matt Tremont! Now we are going to go to the ring for our next match on the show.

Super Crazy defeated Tre' Lemar with a moonsault in an excellent match. After the match Super Crazy went to shake hands with Lemar but Lemar spit in his face and walked out of the ring to an "Asshole!" chant!

The shot then goes to the backstage area where we see Sabu and Rob Van Dam. They are not alone because standing in between them is "The Manager of Champions" Bill Alphonso. Bill sees the camera and starts to talk.

Bill Alphonso: Rob Van Dam is the best wrestler here in this company. There is no doubt why they call him Mr. Pay Per View. He is going to win the ECW World Championship when he steps into the ring with "The Man Beast" Rhino. He is the best daddy-o! There is no stopping him from winning. Now Sabu, in just a few minutes he is facing Eli Everfly. Regardless if he wins tonight, at ECW Heat Wave, Sabu will be taking on Mikey Whipwreck with The Sinister Minister in his corner. Sinister Minister, you are one weird looking dude. If you throw a fire ball again at either of my guys, well – that will be the biggest mistake that you could ever do.

Rob Van Dam: Rhino, you're tough. You're strong. You're a monster. But you do not intimidate me. You see, I have been to the dance before. I know what it is like to be in the main event because of course I am the best. Rhino, your reign as champion will end very soon. Buckle up Rhino, you're going to go for a wild ride!

The shot then goes to Rhino who is standing with both championship belts draped over his shoulder. He motions for the camera to zoom in on him. He then starts his promo.

"The Man Beast" Rhino: Chris Candido. Rob Van Dam. At Heat Wave I face both of you;. There is no doubt in my CENSORED mind that I am going to lose against either of you. Chris Candido, you can bring Tammy along, but just know that I am going to put her through a damn table! Rob Van Dam – you want my belt, my ECW World Heavyweight championship? Well too damn bad because you are not going to beat me. You see, I will do anything to retain – I'll even put myself in danger. See you two in the ring at Heat Wave, those belts are staying with ME!

The shot then goes to Jerry Lynn who is standing in front of an ECW backdrop. He sees the camera and then starts to speak.

Jerry Lynn: At Heat Wave I don't have a match. I want a match. I want to show the wrestling world just what I can do. So, I was talking to Paul Heyman earlier tonight about being in a match at the pay per view. He said that he will give me a match. He said he'd give me an opportunity to show what I can do in the ring. He told me that at Heat Wave, I am going to step into the ring with Jushin "Thunder" Liger! That's right, I am facing one of the best Japanese wrestlers. If you don't know who he is – you must be living under a rock. Liger, you and I are going to go toe to toe and I will show the wrestling world that I can hang with the very best in the ring. See you soon Liger!

Sabu defeated Eli Everfly with a moonsault! The show went off the air with Sabu walking to the backstage area and Joey Styles reminding us that next week will be the last ECW Hardcore TV before the Heat Wave pay per view!

ECW Hardcore TV Episode # 05
July 21st, 2023 – Detroit, Michigan

The show comes on the air with Sabu walking to the backstage area after his win over Eli Everfly. As he is about to walk past the black curtain, Mikey Whipwreck wraps a steel chair over his head. Sabu falls to the arena floor. Mikey Whipwreck picks him up and holds him by the arms. Sinister Minister comes from the backstage and goes to shoot a fireball in his face but Rob Van Dam gives him a running knee to the back, knocking him to the floor. Sabu and Rob Van Dam punch and kick Whipwreck and Everfly as the show then goes to the opening video.

After the opening we go to the ring where we see the host of the program, Joey Styles, standing in the center of the ring. He is wearing a blue suit with a white pocket square. He has a microphone in hand and waits for the rabid crowd to stop chanting those famous three letters. The camera zooms in on him and he starts to talk.

Joey Styles: Welcome to Detroit, Michigan! Welcome to Extreme Championship Wrestling! Welcome to Hardcore TV! This will be the last episode of Hardcore TV before we are on pay per view for ECW Heat Wave! That's right, in just a couple of days we will be live on pay per view! Now tonight I have a very special guest. A man who will face "The Man Beast" Rhino for the ECW Television championship. He is "No Gimmicks Needed" Chris Candido!

The shot then goes to the entrance way where we see Chris Candido walk past the curtain. He poses at the top of the entrance and then makes his way down the steps and aisle to the ring. Once in the ring he waits for his music to cut out and he stands beside Joey Styles.

Joey Styles: Chris Candido, in just a couple of days you face Rhino for the ECW Television championship. What are your thoughts going into this very important match up?

Chris Candido: Well Joey Styles, ever since I came here I've always wanted to be ECW Television champion and at ECW Heat Wave I will beat Rhino for the championship. You see Joey Styles, I am faster than Rhino and I am better in the ring than Rhino so come Heat Wave, you will have a new ECW Television champion. Now onto other matters, I am looking for a valet. I've kicked Tammy to the curb and I am looking for someone to have my back when I am in the ring. So this is an open invitation to any woman out there that wants to hang with "No Gimmicks Needed" Chris Candido!

With that the shot goes to the entrance way where we see "The Queen of Extreme" Francine come out in a revealing white dress. She makes her way down the aisle and then slowly walks up the ring steps. Chris Candido holds the ropes open for her and she gets in the ring. She takes the microphone away from Candido and waits for the fans to stop chanting "She's a Crack W***** at Francine.

Francine: Chris Candido, you say that you are looking for a new woman. You say that you are looking for someone to have your back when you're in the ring. Well, I've known you for a real long time. I know that with me by your side that I can aid you wherever I can. With me by your side there is no doubt that you will become ECW Television champion at Heat Wave. I'll be your valet and together we will conquer Extreme Championship Wrestling!

She hands the microphone over to Joey Styles.

Joey Styles: What do you say Candido? She's willing to be your valet...

Chris Candido: You've got it. Now Francine, let's go to the backstage area where we can talk more in private!
As Chris Candido and Francine are about to leave the ringside area we hear some familiar music as the fans get on their feet. The shot then goes to the entrance way and we see "The Whole F'n Show" Rob Van Dam walk out past the black curtain. He is not alone as we see Bill Alfonso walk out and begin to blow his whistle. Rob Van Dam stops at the top of the entrance way. He waits for his music to cut out and then starts to speak.

Rob Van Dam: Chris Candido, I just want to wish you good luck at Heat Wave against Rhino. Now you know, we are going to face Rhino at Heat Wave so I was backstage thinking and I came up with an idea. What if we had a match tonight in our main event [The crowd cheers!] to see who is the better man. Rob Van Dam against Chris Candido. You can bring Francine, I'll bring Alfonso and we will have a match to see who is the better man!

Chris Candido walks back towards the ring and takes the microphone from Joey Styles.

Chris Candido: You want a match against me tonight to see who is the better man? Well I am down, and just a little spoiler here, I am the better man and I am going to beat you Rob Van Dam and show the world that I am the best here in Extreme Championship Wrestling!

The show then went to a commerical break.

Back from the commercial break we go to the locker room backstage. We see Player Uno and Player Dos – The Super Smash Brothers sitting on the floor playing a video game. They play for a few moments and then see that there is a camera on them. They both stand up, adjust their masks and then start to speak.

Player Uno: "Dastardly" Danny Doring and Roadkill. You two are the ECW World Tag Team champions. Well guess what guys, at Heat Wave in two days we are going to take those straps from you. Those belts will look great draped over our shoulders. When I was a young Uno, a baby Uno, I wanted to be in Extreme Championship Wrestling. That was my ultimate goal and now I get to realize those dreams. At Heat Wave I will get to show everyone who doubted me that I am one of the best wrestlers the wrestling world has ever seen. Doring and Roadkill, buckle up and shine those belts real nice because they are coming home to us. Tell them Dos!

Player Dos: That's right Uno. In just a couple of days in front of millions watching at home, we will take those belts from you. See Player Uno and I have been on the independent scene for a while and we've faced and beat the best. Doring and Roadkill, you two make a great team but you are no match for us. So sleep with those belts tonight because soon they will be ours. See you in the ring!

The shot then goes to Tre Lemar who is standing in front of an ECW backdrop. He is wearing a pair of blue trunks. He sees that the camera is on him and then starts to speak.

Tre Lemar: Super Crazy, you may be a good wrestler but you aren't the best. You see, I don't respect you. I think you're nothing. I do not regret spitting in your face. You are nothing but a punk and I can't stand you. I hope you can understand english. You see, everywhere I go, people ask me why I did what I did. They want to know why I spit in your face and disrespected you. Well it's damn simple. It's because I am better than you. Now I know you've been walking around the backstage area saying you want a match with me. You're not going to get it. You're not worth my time and energy. You see, I have bigger fish to fry. I want one thing and that is the ECW World Television championship!

The show then goes to a commercial break.

Back from the commercial break we go to "The New F'n Show" Jerry Lynn. He is standing in the locker room backstage. The lockers are red and there is a bench in the middle of the room. Jerry Lynn sees that the camera is on him. He runs his hands through his hair and then starts to talk.

Jerry Lynn: In just a couple of days I step into the ring with one of the best wrestlers in the world. Jushin "Thunder" Liger. Liger has been someone I've been watching for years. I've watched a lot of tapes and DVDs of him. He is actually one of my favorite wrestlers to watch. Now I find out that I am going to face him at Heat Wave? To be honest I am pumped and excited for this match. I have so much respect for the man and his abilites. This match we are going to have will be one to remember. See you soon Liger!

Janai Kai pinned Kennedi Copeland in a good bout.

After the match Raven came down and grabbed Janai Kai. He gave her an Evenflow DDT and then grabbed the microphone as Kennedi Copeland stood there trying to catch her breath.

Raven: Janai Kai, you may have won the battle but you haven't won the war. This isn't the last you've seen of us.

Raven then tosses the microphone down and the two head backstage.

The shot then goes backstage where we see Danny Doring and Roadkill. Danny Doring has his championship belt around his waist and Roadkill has his title draped over his shoulder. Doring is wearing his purple gear and Roadkill is wearing a white shirt with black suspenders and a black hat. The shot then goes onto Danny Doring who starts to talk.

Danny Doring: Super Smash Brothers, you like to play games. You two are like little kids. All you do is play video games, it's pathetic. See you two are boys and we are men. We are going to crush your dreams of becoming ECW World Tag Team champions. These title belts will be ours for a real long time and there is nothing you can really do. So get ready because is a couple of days you'll be sent to the hospital on stretchers!

Roadkill: CHICKENS!

The shot then goes to the arena. We see our ring announcer Stephen DeAngelis standing in the center of the ring with a microphone in hand. Before he can speak we hear some familiar music and the fans get on their feet. The shot then goes to the entrance way where we see "The King of Old School" Steve Corino come out with his bodyguards D-Lo Brown and Mark Henry. They walk down the aisle and all three get in the ring. Steve Corino takes the microphone and waits for his music to cut out. He then begins to speak.

Steve Corino: Ladies and Gentlemen... I want you all to listen up. I am Steve Corino, The King of Old School. I am here to put an end to hardcore wrestling and I will not give up until I do. You see, Hardcore Wrestling is what is killing this business. I have a problem with two men here in ECW. The first one is "The Bulldozer" Matt Tremont. He is tough and can take a beating. The other is his buddy Mad Man Pondo. The guy is a complete nut. Now I was talking backstage with my boys and D-Lo said that he wants to end them. So why don't you two fools come out here and D-Lo will put an end to you!

The shot then goes to the entrance way where we see Mad Man Pondo and Matt Tremont come out. Pondo goes right at D-Lo Brown. The bell sounds and the match is on.

D-Lo Brown beat Mad Man Pondo with a Low Down. After the bell Pondo grabbed D-Lo Brown and cut his forehead with a pizza cutter. The show went to a commercial break with a shot of Brown's bloody forehead. Good match.

Back from the commercial break we go to straight to the ring for the main event of the evening.

Rob Van Dam pinned Chris Candido in a great back and forth match!

After the match there were two tables set up in two corners of the ring. Once the bell sounded "The Man Beast" Rhino came down and GORED both men through tables. The show went off the air with Rhino raising his arms in victory to a chorus of boos from the crowd.
