This is a tough one. RVD and Eddie are both incredible, but the best Frog Splash is Montez Ford.

Eddie's movements as flying through the air while executing his version of the frog splash were just so crisp and clean. RVD's was cool in its own ways but it was kind of frantic and wild... kind of like RVD.
