By the way, I thought Bully and Scott was a one on one match. Now that I see it is a tag and Deaner is teaming with Bully it seems Eric Young is coming back for sure. I just do not know if he stays a face and battles Deaner after this or he turns on Scott, rejoins The Design and puts the Violence back in the group. Heck he might kick Deaner out for not getting the job done and doing worse since Eric left. I feel like Deaner and Heath would make a fun little tag team, causing havoc for the heels.

Martin, how many title changes do you predict on tonight’s show? I think there will be more than 1 (possibly 3-4) and I would be especially surprised if Trinity does not win. IDK. This is a hard one to figure out. I will go with 3 but it could be higher. I see KO Tag Title changing hands. I think we see new World Tag Team champs, especially depending on plans for Subculture, ABC and even Moose. Hendry has been getting a nice push but I could see them giving King the belt, at least for a while. Beyond that really every other title COULD change hands. I am not sure about Trinity simply because it looked like Deonna was heading out the door then suddenly she is back on top. Then again a lot of hype for Trinity so again, who knows. For me, no matter who wins any of the title matches I would be fine with that. Not one champ or challenger makes me go "meh" over them. Going to be a fun card from start to finish I believe. who is your pick in Ultimate X? I am leaning toward Mike Bailey, but I have not seem some of the recent Impact episodes. |

I WANT Kushida to win. If he does, they could make the X match with Sabin, assuming that is the one they go with, a friendly one or put a crack in the friendship between the two of them and Shelley. My dark horse is Angles since he left The Design. |

I was right about my King prediction. you were right on Ultimate X too side note to those reading along: I won't be posting SPOILER on these posts as I don't think it is necessary, I am assuming that somebody who plans to watch the replay of this PPV won't choose to read a thread titled Slammiversary 2023 while the PPV is in progress.  |

Technically I did not get the X match right as the one that won is the one I WANTED to but not that I picked. But that is awesome. Yea I got that one right too. I figured the former enemies working together storyline would lead to their win. I have really enjoyed the storyline so far. To be honest I thought The Hex was going to be the one to beat Death Dollz for the belts, but I think their contracts were not long term and that is why Impact when with The Coven instead. I wish The Hex could have stayed and have all three teams battle over the belts. |

I see a guy from the recent Impact past has returned. Hope he is back for a run and not just the PPV. Love that guy. Also see the worst kept secret in Impact this week came to fruition. Again, glad to see him back as well.
