Strong card. Should be another quality show from Impact.

Wow, goes to show how out of touch on some things I am and how fast this year is going. I did not realize Slamm was tomorrow already. Looks like a really good card. As I said in the Impact thread I expect The Rascalz to get involved in the World Tag Team match and likely the ending. There are a couple matches missing from this list. One is Chris Sabin defending the X title against Lio Rush. That could end up being match of the night. The other is Bully Ray vs Scott D'Amore with a TBA (teased to be Eric Young at the end of Impact last night) with special enforcer, Red Wing legend, Darren McCarty. I hope you enjoy the show Zeke. I think you will as some good, interesting matchups.

Not sure if they saw him doing good things in Impact so offered him money to take him out of the picture of if they had plans that feel thru or what. To me it feels like over last year or two when WWE has talent, especially a former Impact star, that they have nothing for at the moment they release them. Then the talent goes back to Impact to avoid ring rust, get some TV time and then when WWE is ready they return. Saw that with Chelsea Green and Mia Yim. I thought we would see that with Eric but nothing has happened.

Good point with Chelsea & Mia. It does seem odd signing someone, just to keep them sitting until later!? Personally, I'd rather see him on Impact than WWE. Impact is his home!

Well, it is possible they had a plan for Eric and either one of the people he was going to work with, either in a team or as an opponent, got hurt or was unavailable for some reason. It appears he resigned with WWE in November.
Yea it would be smart for WWE, if they have someone, they are not going to use for a couple months or more, to release them and let them go somewhere else until they are ready to use them. It saves money and keeps the person somewhat relative. I am sure they sometimes send someone back down to NXT to get them TV time and keep from getting rusty.

Martin, how many title changes do you predict on tonight’s show? I think there will be more than 1 (possibly 3-4) and I would be especially surprised if Trinity does not win.

This is a hard one to figure out. I will go with 3 but it could be higher. I see KO Tag Title changing hands. I think we see new World Tag Team champs, especially depending on plans for Subculture, ABC and even Moose. Hendry has been getting a nice push but I could see them giving King the belt, at least for a while. Beyond that really every other title COULD change hands. I am not sure about Trinity simply because it looked like Deonna was heading out the door then suddenly she is back on top. Then again a lot of hype for Trinity so again, who knows. For me, no matter who wins any of the title matches I would be fine with that. Not one champ or challenger makes me go "meh" over them. Going to be a fun card from start to finish I believe.
