Totally taking it easy with this one, going insane can really be a big hassle man lol!

Although I do love trying to spin (hopefully) an entertaining yarn or two, here and there - this "origin" that I just  posted is about all I plan on doing - in so far as any kind of storytelling or deep dives.

No pressures, no expectations, no schedules, no heaviness.

Totally dig the origin story. Reminds me a little bit of Marvel's Secret Wars where Beyonder summoned heroes & villains to Battleworld.

Looking forward to the nest fed results--as well as any creative behind the scenes fanfic you come up with!

Afternoon brothers!

topdollar - I figured you'd be bummed about The Original Nature Boy but I'm glad that some of the other outcomes were groovy. I'm also very happy that the official fed origin was digable. I find all of Tom's works compelling and the whole mini story of Merapis really resonated with me. Without planning it, in my minds eye I started seeing what that cannon scenario would look like - especially if (as Tom mentioned) what if a fed started as well. Before I knew it, I had a rough draft. So I just went with it!

TTX me bro! - I have to say I've never seen Quack on such an offensive roll like he was in his first singles match on Merapis. And I'm stoked that the fed seems to be delivering so far. At the bottom of this post are the results of the 6th card and I must say, it was pretty heavy. 

on_the_edge - I'm blown away that the origin almost made you speechless. That's very high praise, especially coming from you my man. Thank you and I'm glad it was a good one. Once again without forcing it, my minds eye started to see even more so again I just went with it. I have a rough draft of some developments that have occured concurrently that basically picks up where the origin ends and goes to the present. I am hoping to be able to post it at some point tomorrow. (Not as long as the origin was).

Solar Flair ( 0 Fatigue ) & Jack Hood ( 0 Fatigue ) defeated James Jeffries ( 3 Fatigues ) & The Big Picture ( 6 Fatigues ) via Pinfall - Hood pinned Jeffries after his THE RIPPER ( A Bite To The Jugular Vein With His Mouth Full of Steel Teeth ) finisher at 25:40.

(Note: Jeffries needed medical attention after the fall and will be injured for 6 fight cards...in addition...although these matches are heavily policed by multiple security members of "The Vast"...they had quite a problem with regaining post-match order...not only from the berserk Big Picture...but with some members of The Vast in the crowd who for the first time strongly objected to the call, wanting Jeffries & The Picture to be awarded the technical victory...and vaulted over the ringside barriers towards the ring)

Omega of Cetus ( 0 Fatigue ) defeated Frank Gotch  ( 1 Fatigue ) via Pinfall - TOMAHAWK THRUST primary finisher (A Karate Chop To The Lower Jaw) at 1:39.

I'm glad my friend. There are a few of the wrestlers of "Olde" in this one, (couldn't resist) as part of the aforementioned "IWF" faction wrestlers.

I was glad to see them get the win albeit a technical one. (Just a little prior to the final bell, Cross had just recently missed ending the bout BOW AND ARROW style).

Some sepia toned action soon to follow!

More Developments On Merapis
From The End of The Origin - Through Card No - 6


Formation of "The Council"


Vallah and Omega of Cetus eventually did talk, along with Endgame and The Guardian joining them in multiple (sometimes heated) conversations, as well as in what became to slowly be known by all on Merapis as "The Council". While at first not trusting Vallah, Omega's grandson Bloodline is now part of this as well - in concert with his grandfather's new beliefs.

The Council's collective purpose here is several fold; 1. Protectors of the oppressed. 2. Arbiters (and generally benevolent ones) as well as truth tellers of this shared new "Merapic" reality. 3. Attempting to maintain order within the "Galactic" and "Earthly" wrestling ranks and 4. Their own personal survival.

Consequently another group...has started to command some influence and respect...has also formed after The Imperfect Storm...


Formation of "The Marquee"


As much as he blusters, infuriates and prognosticates, the trickster god GODSEND is indeed quite worried. This new reality wasn't his plan at all, and try as he might, no-one is buying that he still has his immense powers. So he's back to being his former, (dare I say), "lower case" self. Knowing that he needs insulation here, he started whispering in people's ears to join him:

Gladiator of Aethra Havoc - Who immediately saw right through Godsend's bare naked attempts to lure the only Aethran's here on Merapis (in Havoc and Paralyze) into joining this "un-stable", (if you will). Havoc told him to go scratch.

Monolith - Godsend thought he had figured out his approach to the genetic beast...until he locked eyes with him...for in this instance...it wasn't just Monolith's scowl that he was looking at...it was...MONOLITH'S...Godsend then quickly abandoned his plans...which brought great amusement to Monoliths tag team partner...Wolf...it was literally a howling good laugh...

Moog & Sentinel - Castilex attacked Godsend on sight...even before he could hardly utter a sound (boy he couldn't have been more wrong here)...however it was someone who happened to come to Godsend's rescue that wound up forming a nucleus of "Godsend's Insulation"...

Chaos Supreme - Whether some of his former managers machiavellian methods have rubbed off on him or not...(and he may have his own agenda (or agendas)...Chaos Supreme has decided to support...and even protect Godsend...(it would appear)...they've also formed a tag team.

It should also be noted that Godsend...(with Chaos Supreme always standing behind him)...has been in multiple talks...and even whispers...with the team of...Morpheus (who now calls himself Hades)...and the even more unpredictable Ghost of Terror...they are also now part of The Marquee...


A Meeting In...The Deep Shadows (a particularly nasty and most foul swamp)


Orrus The Unstoppable - The time has come for this destructive...and senseless war to end...

Orrus The Unstoppable (a little louder) - I saw you ensnare The Guardian...and drag him unmercifully down to the ground...for that...you will always have my respect...I need someone mighty like you...to...(continuing despite an audibly obvious internal struggle)...to help me...

Tarval The Trapper (stops walking and pauses in thought for a moment...and then replying with his back still to Orrus) - ...Speak...

Orrus The Unstoppable - So we...you and I...can help all of...Us...Take back...Our...Planet...

(Tarval The Trapper pauses in thought for a moment...turns his head to face Orrus...and starts to form a malevolent smirk...)


Edicts From "The Vast"


1.  All qualifying (i.e. winning) wrestlers and teams...who wish to be additionally considered for the championship matches...must pubically make their case inside the center of the ring...after the conclusion of the main event...on Card 21...we will not arbitrarily decide on contenders...unless none of you prove yourselves to be of championship caliber...so choose you're words carefully...

2.  Any contacts with either the upper...or lower classes...of the indigenous Merapi...are strictly forbidden...and if the perpetrators are lucky...they will only face...incarceration...
