Didn't Scott Hall have a Florida run when Dusty was booking? I think he was there in the dying days of the territory around 87 and then he wrestled for Dusty's PWF out of Florida also. |

Dick Slater has some Florida ties. I haven't seen his name mentioned yet. If they were able to get ahold of his estate manager, it would be probably the most impressive signing. He had zero contact with his daughter and I believe his former booking manager controls the estate. |

Name I thought of today after hearing it on Cornette's podcast. Billy Jack Haynes. I know he's known for wrestling elsewhere but he had a stint in Florida and Texas.

Haynes is...a weird, troubled dude. I think that's putting it mildly. Not an impossible guy to sign, but he may also think that by signing with the game he's giving FG clearance to spy on him or something. That said, I also know of people who've had good interactions with him.
