My 8-year-old son and I recently took to playing GWF before bedtime and the results have been wonderful. Each night, I allow him to craft a three-match card and over a series of wild nights we witnessed the rapid and dramatic disbandment of the Federation Defense Fighters.
It began when Star Warrior and Massif squared off for some friendly competition. But then my son (as Star Warrior) became aware of the interference rule. He'd been reading the handbooks while he was supposed to be sleeping. Anyway, he called upon Omega to interfere on Star Warrior's behalf, but it all went south quickly as Massif dispatched the father and then scored a pin over the son. This, of course, called for a Massif/Omega tilt. Commander Sam stood ringside and urged his stable mates to keep things respectful. Massif pummeled the old man and then Omega (at my son's insistence) also called for some outside help...and it came in the form of Thantos!
Massif survived the attack, finished off Omega and then challenged Star Warrior once more with the stipulation that the loser be booted from the FDF! Massif, rather shockingly, defeated Star Warrior again, but not before Star Warrior and Thantos effectively reinstated the GameMasters. This led to a huge tag match where Massif hyped a mystery partner which turned out to be Wolf!
The match was highlighted by an absolute beatdown of Thantos who never registered a single offensive move, and never tagged out to Star Warrior. But a clean victory was not to be as Wolf went and got himself disqualified for brawling outside the ring!
