His a heel in my Anarchy UK currently feuding with Black Glove Ted Dibiase . Dutch was managed by Captain Lou Albano then Captain dumped him for Ted Dibiase a face.

I never pictured Dutch Savage as anything but a heel. But, I introduced him in my Fed recently and he started off as one. But an impressive win over Big John Studd at my 350th Blast event and an unexpected show of fan support in a non-title match against the U.S. Champion, Vampiro brought out an unexpect acknowledgement of that fan support made me look at him a bit differently. We'll see how it goes moving forward. I could see him moving into that more neutral role of rough, all-in, can-play-it-any-way character.

I mostly run him as a face but he is super flexible in terms of that so in my ETW he could be a face one show and a heel on a different one.
Portland was always interesting in the face heel dynamic anyways. Some guys who were basically heels everywhere else were faces there and probably the other way as well.
