lol, the Deathmatch Busters
The opening match on tonight's show is Deathmatch Royalty vs Maki Death Kill and Matt Cardona and Steph DeLander arrived to the ring in the Ghost Busters vehicle to the Ghost Busters theme song wearing Ghost Busters costumes that say Deathmatch Busters on the back.

Maki Death Kill is an awesome name. Love the Deathmatch Busters bit. That is some funny stuff.

That is some funny stuff. I fortunately did not have a show to go last night anyway, so staying home was an easy decision. Last weekend I did go to Los Angeles twice (Friday for GCW and Sunday for PWG) and I am glad those shows were last weekend and not this weekend. There were over 130 cancelled flights today at the airport due to the approaching storm. The rain was supposed to hit us hard starting late last night. But, while I can tell it rained last night, at the momemnt it is thankfully only drizzling here in Las Vegas. We are expected to get rain nonstop through tomorrow to the amount of over a normal year in just 2 days time. But the good news at least is that some of that rain will land in Lake Mead (which is already up by 20% compared to last year due to heavy snowfall in Colorado- where the Colorado River starts- this past winter) and that lake really needs the extra water. I am not looking forward to driving to work tomorrow as the local roads- not desgined for heavy rain- will be treacherous. Today I am going to ride out the storm inside at home where I have some beer (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and GCW's Homecoming 2023 Part 2 playing on the Internet later.  |

We could use some of that rain up here in British Columbia as the province is having it's worst year ever for wildfires.
