any thoughts on NFL Week 1 so far?
I was a little surprised that Cleveland limited Cncinnati to 3 points but even more surprised that Tampa Bay went into Minnesota and defeated the Vikings.
From what I saw (I watch through NFL Red Zone as I gamble with parlays on the NFL each Sunday,) Anthny Richardson looked good for the Colts.

I thought Richardson looked the best of the three until his two runs at the end.
Cleveland has won something like 7 of the last 8 against Cincy and Cincy 1-4 in seas9n openers. With the weather I took Cleveland.
Tampa was a surprise and I didn't expect the 49ers to handle the Steelers as easy as they did.

It has been an interesting week so far. While Tampa winning was a bit of a surprise Minnesota losing was not so much. I know, seems crazy. But I mean Tampa was not expected to be good or at least as good as the last couple years. Being on the road against a team that made the playoffs last year it seemed likely they would lose. On the other hand, there has been talk that Minnesota was not as good as last years record indicated. They won a lot of close games. Today the close game did not go in their favor. I have a feeling we are on the verge of an exciting season. I am not sure if any team is really so dominating that it is a surprise if they lose. At the least there are not a handful of teams like that. I think this might be the year with the most parity and thus possibly the most exciting.

I was not surprised the Browns won, just surprised the Bengals only scored 3 points.

Another season, another injury for J.K. Dobbins. He tore his Achiles and is done for the season. That means over his first four seasons he has played 15, 0, 8 and 1 games. Basically, one and a half seasons. I feel for him, but it looks like he will not have a good NFL career.
