Have enjoyed the debate! And....for what its worth.... would love to see "The Game" come back to the boards with new results. I realize its a lot of work, and can be tough to keep up (heck, I have a hard time posting once in a great while!). But, I did enjoy it so. Maybe the year end shows?? On the edge of my seat hoping for it... Enjoyed the discussion! We've got a bunch of changes planned for when Awards period ends in November, May have to put out a few posts!

Well they'd probably never agree to that.

I just saw that I was mentioned at the start of this thread (I don't always immediatley see some of the COTG threads as I am mainly an Indies player although I do play a little COTG at 12 big monthly shows per game year.)
I can see the argument of including people like the Aethrans and I won't argue against it.
However, I personally have Tharkas mostly feud with wrestlers from either Earth or Titan unless the official storyline has him feduing with someone different too as otherwise I feel like he is feuding with too much of the roster including some wrestlers such as the Gladiators who I don't think he would otherwise often have an issue with.

I'll throw my 2 cents in, why not. Tharkas' card says "human", so I come down on the side of that being people specifically from the Sol system. Now he might not like other wrestlers who look human (Aethrans, Exo-King, Grand Master, ect) but only wrestlers from our solar system get his most direct ire. But that's just my take.

So here's my interpretation of this!
In my Cygnus Wrestling Alliance they have one rule, "No Humans Allowed!" which is basically saying only aliens can compete there! This is a very controversial rule for the same reasons mentioned in this thread! Who gets to compete there?
In the mind of Commissioner Magnus, "human" means Earthlings or anyone who sympathizes with them, like Titans for example. This is in direction to the heated feuds that stemmed from Comrade Terror & Commander Sam & the Cygnus-Earth War. Having a human/Earthling "invade" the Cygnus fed makes for great storytelling!
I believe using "human" is as open ended and open interpretation by the alien in question and who they really dislike! Whether they're from Aethra, Titan, Cetus, or even Centra! Think, Who is he feuding with or targeting?
Tharkas' finisher should be a nasty one, one that fans really dislike! When he does use it against a "human", it should get a pop! Serious jeers!
Like Rob mentioned previously, I believe TOM would most likely leave it open to "It's Up To You, Promoter!" And so would I! Have fun with the rule, make great stories! 😀
