Don't know if this has been talked about before. I find there are what seems to be, far more better heels than faces?

I think it really depends on who you want to run as faces or heels as a majority of wrestlers were both at different times.
My major faces are Backlund, Jack Brisco, Thesz, Savage and Gotch
My main heels are Vader, Race, Bockwinkel, Piper and Rogers

Earlier this year, I did a poll asking who from the LOW roster was the worst possible face (consensus landed on Bobby The Brain). One thought from there that I cannot stress enough here, is that anyone can be a solid face. It's a matter of motive, of story, and sometimes of just having a more evil heel to fight.

As Troy and GP said, anyone can be a face. However, based on reality, it seems that many babyfaces from the past (say '80s and '90s) have been harder to sign because they are used to having merchandise deals. Often, the heels are glad fans recognize them and are more willing to be in the game as a way to honor their careers. Just a thought.

In conclusion: next summer in Waterloo, get Tito Santana signed. Put a boot on his rental car or put an injunction on his return ticket home if necessary, until he caves.

Also, just based on the way things used to run, there weren't as many top faces period before the 90s. Take New York in the Bruno era, for example. There was THE guy in Bruno and then a steady stream of heel challengers coming in and out being bolstered by the mainstay managers like Blassie, Wizard, and Albano. Most territories ran on some variation of this theme. So you've got all of these heels that got built into main event level challengers, did their run, then rotated out of the territory; but only one main babyface for years at a time.

Santana has been in my top ten wants since I first began playing Legends. My first feud that I really got into when I began watching wrestling was Greg Valentine and Tito Santana... Valentine has been waiting for him to arrive!
