It’s located in the Centra Dimension. Don’t know the exact location. I think it’s a moon?

I thought maybe a moon... but we know so little about Centra Prime I thought maybe a city or some island.

It's a satellite moon of Centra Prime. This is stated in the first Futureshock booklet. Hope that helps.
