Hey there fellow dice rollers! I'm here to provide an update on our exciting holiday releases and to remind you that Friday is the big day to order early.
I am working with Mike on Early Classics 2074-2075 which will be released with one of two options: Starter Set (with charts, dice, etc) or a regular cards and handbook release for promoters who already have dice and charts (and perhaps even multiple versions of each like me!). We hope you enjoy the stories and characters and what they contribute to COTG lore!
Also coming is Legends Expansion Pack XI and Women of the Indies 2023. Mike and Todd, along with the rest of our incredible FG team, are working hard to bring you games you will enjoy this holiday season and beyond. We are in the final stages of card art, handbook writing, editing, and the production phase. Very exciting for all of us working on them as we try to bring you the greatest game entertainment possible! And why not? We've been doing this since 1986 and that's a record all of us can be proud of.
Aside from Black Friday there are also Promoter Prime cards coming in December. Fans of COTG will get a double burst of madness with six cards instead of three to make up for three that weren't released in Q3. I have finished three cards as companions for 2139 and beyond and Mike is releasing three to accompany Early Classics. Then there are three Legends cards coming as well as three Indy cards.
Wow! Remember the days when we would release maybe one or two sets at the holidays and July and that was about it? The expansion and growth of FG over the decades is something I am proud of but the credit goes to our incredible team and our fans (which overlaps considerably).
Reminder: You will also be able to receive the corrected version of the Musck game card from 2139 for those that received their order PRIOR to the corrected version going out.
I will be back with more updates in the days and weeks ahead but wanted everyone to know that our staff is hard at work at Fed HQ, which as many of you know and understand, is challenging during holiday times. But persist we must and we will!
Until Burning Man cooks a turkey dinner on his head...
