Remember when New Japan had the J-Cup? Call the tournament the J-Bro(Jabroni) Cup.
You can call the title the J.O.B.(Jobbing's Our Business) World Championship.

Here's a thought about a jobber tournament & title:
Only the losers advance, with the loser of the tournament becoming champ.
He keeps the belt when he loses a match. He only loses the belt if he wins!

That's how I used my old Black Hole title...sometimes better (no one top level mind you) guys somehow managed to hold it for a bit when they hit losing streaks.
