When starting a fed I always like the Round Robin format to determine 1st champions. Also gives a lot matches for setting up initial rankings.

Have four separate 4-Way Elimination Matches.
The winners meet in another 4-Way for the title.
Or you could just award the belt to Cheerleader Melissa.

I'm doing one to crown a champion in my new fed. 10 wrestlers, 5 1vs1 matches drawn randomly. Winners advance to the main event.
For the main event I'm doing a variation of wwe iron survivor match. 2 wrestlers start with a new one entering every 5 minutes, Pinfall and Submission scores you a fall (which can occur any time) and person with the most falls at the end Wins. Up to you to pick a time limit and you can vary the rules (no DQ, frozen out the match for a time when you're pinned)
