AND ANOTHER ONE FORMER AJPW WRESTLER YUTAKA YOSHIE PASSES AWAY AT 50 ”Yutaka Yoshie, who was participating in the Takasaki tournament held today, passed away on March 10, 2024. After Yutaka Yoshie returned to the waiting room after the game, his condition suddenly deteriorated and he was rushed to a hospital in Takasaki City, but he never returned home. Yutaka Yoshie joined New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s dojo in February 1994. He made his professional wrestling debut on December 9, 1994, against Satoshi Kojima. Unfortunately, Yoshie broke his leg in only his second match, sidelining him until December 1995. Over the years in NJPW, he wrestled in various matches, including a notable victory in 2003 when he teamed with Hiroshi Tanahashi to win the IWGP Tag Team Championship.

FORMER WCW PERSONALITY JACKIE CROCKETT PASSES AWAY AT 76 Former WCW Personality Jackie Crockett has also passed away after specing a month in the hospital struggling with his health. Jackie Crockett served as the lead cameraman for the Jim Crockett Promotions, his father’s company. He joined WCW to begin a career long journey which ended following the last episode of Monday Nitro. Jackie Crockett comes from a massive wrestling family with his father, Jim Crockett, being a former professional wrestler. His brother, David Crockett, is also a former professional wrestler and an announcer. Addressing his brother’s demise, as per PWInsider, David revealed that everyone had lost hope in Jackie’s health numerous times before the latter fought his way back to life.

Al Zinck, who was a big part of pro wrestling and boxing in Atlantic Canada from the 1950s to the 1990s, has died. He was often a controversial figure, whether it was battling with partner Rudy Kay over International Wrestling or trying to promote WCW shows in Toronto and in the Maritimes.
