Becky Lynch vs Nia Jax for Wrestlemania? I like Becky Lynch but if I go to Wrestlemania this year it will likely be just for Night 1. So if that match happens at Wrestlemania then I hope it is on Night 2. |

Ugh I don't want to see the Rock vs Roman. I want Cody to end his story already and have Roman move back down the card.

I'm not sure what purpose the rock serves except to draw back in old viewers temporarily. Would rather see Codys story continue than the rock coming back in for a few months to try and boost his popularity and the wwe numbers for a few months |

I mean I get it, to a non wrestling fan or old fan that hears the Rock is back. They might tune in when otherwise wouldn't.
But as a fan I want to see Cody finally win that title that has alluded his family. The title reigns holds is THEE title to many people in the business. I'd like to see it happen sooner than later, might be summerslam by some notes now

Maybe have Rock vs. Roman at Elimination Chamber (boost sales for Australia). Roman wins and goes on to defend against Cody at Mania. Rock gets a different match at Mania (plenty of time to start another feud).
Also, while I'd love to see Gunther vs. Lesnar, what the heck would Lesnar be interested in the IC Title for? He's a multi-time World Champion, so I think he'd see it as a step down. But, if that's what it takes to see these two do battle then so be it.

I see the Rock just being another notch on Roman's belt. Here is what I could see happening. Roman beats Rock on Night One so his resume is even more impressive. Then on Night Two he faces Cody, either cause Cody wins Royal Rumble and/or because Roman feels unbeatable. Cody wins and Roman uses his match with Rock the previous night as an excuse for losing.

I don’t think we should read any more into what Rock said on Raw than when they teased a Rock/Roman Mania match on Young Rock two years ago.
A Quick Look at IMDB shows Dwayne has in preproduction San Andres 2, Fast and Furious 11, Hobbs & Shaw 2, Jungle Cruise 2, Doc Savage, the live action Moana, and the Big Trouble in Little China remake. And that’s in addition to his production company, his tequila distillery, his football league, his energy drink, his clothing line, his coffee brand, and his banking app. There’s just too much money invested in him to risk getting injured in a match at Mania just to put his cousin over.
I think the line on Raw was just to keep people talking, because to a PR savvy man like Rock, people talking about a match is worth just as much as the match itself, with out having to dust off his bump card.

Does anyone else here think Randy Orton might win the title next weekend at Royal Rumble?
My thought is that Orton can win the title by pinning either AJ Styles or LA Knight (anyone else seeing AJ Styles vs LA Knight at Wrestlemania?) and then drop it to Cody at Wrestlemania as Rock can then take on Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania and that match does not need to be for a title and it can just be a major match at Wrestlemania.
