Finally got to rolling the EC set and began with three cards, a two-match exhibition, the GWF Title Tournament and finally, the GWF Tag-Title Tournament.
#1 Exhibition matches @ Deimos. The main event roll required special stipulations as Omega and Morpheus face Dorado Sundown in a best of three falls match!!
Santon the Loner pinned Screw with the Santon Driver, these two will continue their rivalry in the preliminary round of the upcoming GWF Title Tournament. Things got wild, as Santon is looking like the breakout solo star of the set for me.
Omega and Morpheus fought Dorado Sundown to a no-contest as tempers flared in the final fall when Bullwhip broke up a Trip to Hades pin by Morpheus. The ref threw out the match as both teams refused to stop fighting in the ring! Blacklash pinned Omega via power drop to take a 1-0 lead and then Omega evened the match with a War Dance.
This rivalry is great and each team is split in the bracket for the GWF title; Omega faces Blacklash with Morpheus opposing Bullwhip. GWF officials split any tag team in the tournament to maintain as much integrity as possible to avoid shenanigans with partners refusing to face each other.
GWF Title Tournament at Centra is up next. . .

#2 GWF Title Tournament at Centra
Preliminary round Omega pinned Blacklash with jumping leg drop
Solar Flare used Paladin Missile to pin Torin Caelum
Commander Sam pinned Blood after a pair of Star Spangled Banners
Trotarus used the Mensan Lock to make quick work of Torpor
Morpheus w/dq over Bullwhip when Blacklash interfered from ringside
Moonstrike used his Paladin Drop to pin Ricken Prince
KO Keller used Ten Count to pin Jammer in a great match
Screw w/dq to eliminate Santon The Loner from the tournament. These two rivals have split their matches but Screw won by DQ as Santon looks too wild for the big veteran.
Quarterfinals Omega w/dq Solar Flare, both men shook hands before and after as Flare shoved the ref when he had Omega cornered but lost his composure.
Trotarus upset Commander Sam with the Mensan Lock as the Mensans want all the gold the GWF has to offer, can they get it?
Morpheus over Moonstrike by DQ. Almost a replay of the other Paladin match as Moonstrike grabbed the ref when he had Morpheus on the mat. The Paladins may stick to tag-teams in the future.
KO Keller pinned Screw after a brutal stomp to chest
Semifinals Omega used the Tomahawk Thrust to eliminate Trotarus
Morpheus used his Trip To Hades finisher on KO Keller to earn a Trip to the Finals versus sometimes tag partner, Omega
GWF Championship Finals The GWF announced the four matches of the upcoming GWF Tag-Team Tournament with Omega and Morpheus facing Dorado Sundown, Crosscurrents face Paladins, Defiance are going to meet KO Keller and Commander Sam with the Mensans rounding out the field versus Torin Caleum and the Prince!!
Omega pinned Morpheus with the Tomahawk Thrust to become the first GWF Champion. Both men shook hands but were cautious early on. Omega had more left in the tank after the grueling tournament and used his signature Tomahawk to win. Morpheus noted that even with the two best wrestlers in the final, the Dorado Sundown is not safe from this team.

#3 GWF Tag-Team Championship Tournament Featuring POW bonus match between Santon the Loner and Screw!
Quarterfinals Omega and Morpheus w/dq over Dorado Sundown when after a wild brawl at ringside had the referee dq Bullwhip
Crosscurrents w/dq over Paladin Power. Similar finish from the first match as the Paladins have surprisingly cannot keep their composure in these tournament matches.
Defiance, Blood and Jammer w/wdq over KO Keller and Commander Sam. KO Keller used the announcer table to slam Jammer in this roughhouse match.
Ricken Prince and Torin Caelum beat the Mensans with a Bow to Prince. This match probably should have resulted in the fourth dq finish of the quarterfinals but the referee did not catch the low blow by the Prince
Semifinals Cross Currents w/dq over Omega and Morpheus. Dorado Sundown appeared during the match and while Morpheus fought them off with a chair, he also hit Vertex with it! The referee ended the match in frustration.
Blood and Jammer w/dq after an illegal team-up by Prince and Caelum. Defiance earns a spot in the finals. While five of the first six tournament matches, ended in dq the bonus match and championship match did not disappoint….
Bonus Match - POW Rules Santon the Loner used Headbangers Ball to end Screw’s night. Santon piled on the punishment early as he used three Santon Drivers to wear down the big man. The mysterious loner is gaining a cult following and GWF officials announced Santon will receive the first shot at Omega’s GWF championship!! GWF tag-team championship final Nothing short of awesome for the final!! I must admit this is the best GWF tag bout I ever rolled and likely at the top including some great Legends tag title matches.
Defiance, Blood and Jammer ground out a big win over the Cross Currents, Thetis and Vertex!
Fourteen tokens were doled out with the Cross Currents bloody but ringsiders were unsure of the exact color. Either way, Blood and Jammer are a classic team who pounded their way to the title. Blood was unable to use Scar Tissue until the final move, with the duo from Thalassis kicking out of every big move: leg drops, blood bath, piledrivers and Jammer’s multiple Bad Night attempts.
Give the Crosscurrents credit as they showed guts ability. Would also like to give big props for Defiance as they never showed frustration, just a gritty determination to get the job done. Between the singles and tag tournaments am really enjoying the Defiance team. A true dark horse as I love their ring work.
Subsequently, these two teams have signed for a best-of-three falls rematch for the titles.

Card #4 Feud, 1v1: Bullwhip upset Morpheus with 12 o’clock high. A distraction by ally Blacklash led to this upset. Morpheus challenged the duo to a grudge tag team match with Omega as his partner.
Paladin Power W/DQ over the Mensans. Cordsar got too aggressive with Moonstrike on the floor but the Mensans were in control with Moonstrike but had trouble with his partner.
GWF champion Omega dispatched Santon the Loner after two Cosmic War Dances.
Commander Sam used 3 consecutive Star Spangled Banners to take out rival Torpor. So far every time the Commander uses his finisher in my fed is consecutively! I envision the move like Hulk Hogan’s Axe Bomber finisher he used in Japan.
KO Keller w/DQ over Talin Caelum. A future rematch is scheduled to settle things between the two brawlers.
Tag champions Defiance def, Cross Currents 2 falls to 1. The first and final falls were DQ as Jammer dropped a fall for brutalizing Thetis with roles reversed in fall 3. Blood captured the middle fall with the scar tissue finisher on Vortex!
Upcoming card will have a 2v2 Feud match as Guardians Omega and Morpheus face Dorado Sundown. The teams Paladin Power and The Mensans were ordered to square off in two special 1v1 matches and the debut of newcomer Seamus Pollock. Plus a special announcement on the stipulations for an upcoming tag title challenge as Crosscurrents go for the belts again versus Defiance!
GWF champion: Omega 1 Santon The Loner 2 Morpheus 3 Bullwhip 4 Commander Sam 5 KO Keller
Tag champions: Defiance 1 Crosscurrents 2 Mensans

Card #4 - Astro Hall (specifically used for this division of the GWF. It is similar to the Civic Center in Poughkeepsie where WWF held TV in 1984-1986)
Torpor pinned the debuting Seamus Pollock with Cygnus Air Raid
Ally match #1 - Moonstrike pinned Cordsar with Paladin Drop
Ally match #2 - Solar Flare w/dq over Trotarus when Cordsar interfered and ended with a 4-man brawl between the two squads!
Feud Match 2v2- The Guardians, Omega and Morpheus beat Dorado Sundown, Bullwhip and Blacklash when a Tomahawk Thrust by Omega pinned Bullwhip . These two teams were battered, bruised with little settled.

Card #5 - Astro Hall Screw pinned Ricken Prince with Front Face Slam
Santon the Loner pinned Commander Sam after a Santon Driver
Feud Rematch Torin Caelum w/dq over KO Keller
POW Rules Match for GWF tag team championship, Defiance (Blood and Jammer) beat CrossCurrents, Thetis and Vortex when Jammer pinned Thetis with a DDT.
NOTES: A big card is next as Morpheus has a respect challenge for Omega with the GWF championship on the line. Morpheus wanted a no-frills, no-drama match between the two allies in a match without worrying about their hated rivals Dorado Sundown…
Speaking of the Dorados they are slated to challenge GWF tag-champions Defiance in what shapes up as a true knockdown, drag out battle! …POW rules return as KO Keller tries to settle things with Torin Caelum…The Paladins and Mensans continue their rivalry in a critical tag match…Seamus Pollock tries to break into the win column versus Santon, Ricken Prince has challenged Commander Sam to a 1v1 battle to setup six matches on this event.

With all due respect to Mythworlds, I really love the EC sets. Had to clear the decks recently to make room for the changes and while Morpheus recently won the title over Omega which helps the story from the handbook I discovered, I still had Dorado Sundown as my champs.
Held a five team warfare gauntlet which Commander Sam (still 2075) and KO won all four matches, but they came up short for the titles. Well the cards arrived just in time and began a special Intergalactic Contenders Cup tournament, early rounds on one event. Final 4 paired with another 5-team gauntlet with the Windriders and The Insectoids/Gliese team. Well, Crosscurrents won he gauntlet, but impressive showing by the Windriders who won two matches.
Screw defeated Caelum to earn the GWF singles title shot against Morpheus, all leading to a big card on Deimos to make it special. Needless to say, most matches I used the rivalries from the booklets:
Morpheus d. Screw in a long, slugfest to retain the GWF gold.
Commander Sam used his new finisher to knock out Torpor.
Rickey Prince DQ over KO Keller
Crosscurrents d. Dorado Sundown to win the GWF titles! Dorado Sundown is rumored to move on to Alpha Centauri.
Santon d. Torin Caleum
Mimic d. Cosmos (he successfully used the DOOR and then the Fisherman’s Suplex to win - surprisingly fun wrestler).
Glieses over Blood and Scrape
Gento d. Seamus Pollack
Windriders d. Mensans in a pumped up opener in front of their home crowd!!
