Catch me up…haven’t played in a while

I just finished my EC tournaments, but have been out of the loop, GWF wise, for so long, here’s a few questions.

1. I know he was a popular bootleg for years, but considered official now since he got a card at GCon s couple of years ago…but help me with the backstory of Akuma the Ninja. Now that he’s official, did he ever enter the GWF officially, or is it more of “up to you”

2. I play online, so I know there’s changes to guys like Pit Viper in his 89 card online. Is there an official list for wrestlers that got these updates online

Akuma is up to you. Use him where and when you wish.

There is not although I am pretty sure they've stopped such updates unfortunately unless they were mentioned in the booklet (and even then I won't guarantee it)
