Pretty much a NJPW regular. That's a big deal.

Pretty much a NJPW regular. That's a big deal. AccordIng to Cagematch, Francesco Akira made 63 appearances for NJPW last year and he and TJ Perkins won their 3rd IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship at this year's Wrestle Kngdom but he was a freelancer when I signed him back in August and still a freelancer today.

I signed Francesco Akira in person here in Las Vegas back in August six months ago even before he wrestled his first match in the US. He was about to start his first US tour and he was based in Las Vegas becaue his tag team partner TJ Perkins lives here.
Although Francesco Akira did not have a match in Las Vegas when he was here, I saw on Facebook one night that he was scheduled to give a seminar to the FSW wrestlers. So I sent a message to the FSW promoter (who knows all about the game and who gave us permission in the past to use the FSW logo on cards such as Reno Scum, Killer Kross, and Alexander Hammerstone and who once took me backstage to talk to Richard Holliday about signing to be in the game) saying I know the seminar is just for the talent while also asking if I got to the FSW Arena before the seminar started if I could speak to Francesco Akira about the game and I was told yes.
So that day I got to meet Francesco Akira who was very cool (he told me things are alot bigger in the US compared to his home country of Italy and after going to Rome last December I definitely know what he is talking about.) When I met Francesco Akira, I showed him the following cards:
TJ Perkins (his tag team partner)
Will Ospreay (one of his trainers)
Aussie Open (some of his fellow United Empire members)
and then when I asked Francesco Akira if we could do a card of him he said yes and he signed the permission form
Francesco Akira has a singles card but with some tag moves as mechanics when he teams with TJ Perkins.
