10 MAN RUMBLE WINNER GET DiEHARD TITLE MATCH LATER TONIGHT: No Time Limit
SHANE DOUGLAS Defeated AJ STYLES, BRYAN KEITH, JAY LETHAL, RODERICK STRONG, DAVEY RICHARDS, PETEY WILLIAMS, JUSHIN LIGER, MIL MASCARAS, & FIT FINLEY
The 10 wrestlers began to fight some brawling out of the ring a few fighting in the ring! Bryan Keith was going at it with Mil Mascaras and caught the Lucha Legend with a stiff kick allowing him to score the 1st pin……Mil Mascaras is eliminated! Just as the referee counted the 1st fall Jay Lethal connected with an Lethal Injection on Finley for the 2nd fall……Fit Finley is eliminated! The 8 remaining wrestlers was fighting hard as Roderick Strong using his feet on the ropes scoring a pin on Jay Lethal….. Jay Lethal is eliminated! Davey Richards catches Liger with a DR Driver…….Jushin Liger is eliminated! Strong has Douglas in trouble; Douglas counters a move and hits the Belly To Belly on Strong….Roderick Strong is eliminated! Bryan Keith has Williams in trouble after connecting with a super kick, Douglas low blows Keith rolling him up for a cover….Bryan Keith is eliminated! Douglas has Williams set and hits the Pittsburgh Plunge……Petey Williams is eliminated! Douglas, Styles, & Richards are the final 3 as Douglas was letting Richards & Styles fight until Douglas throws Styles out of the ring, Douglas hits Richards with a Belly to Belly…..Davey Richards is eliminated! Styles quickly pounced on Douglas after he eliminated Richards. Styles was very close defeating the Franchise after a Styles Clash only for Francine to place Douglas’ foot on the rope that broke the pin attempt. As Styles was setting up for another Styles Clash, Francine again, this time jumps onto the ring apron distracting both Styles & the referee as Douglas pulled a chain out of his boot and caught Styles flesh in the jaw as the referee was trying to get Francine off the apron…..the referee saw Douglas cover his KO’d opponent thus eliminating Styles for the victory!

After the match Douglas was celebrating his victory as fellow members Candido & Rhino joined him in the ring; Jim Cornette congratulated Douglas on his tainted victory, and declared that no members of the Triple Threat will be allowed at ringside during tonight’s championship match including Francine! Cornette stated that Candido’s match with Hennig starts now!
DiEHARD PROVING GROUND MATCH: 1 Fall, 20 Minutes
CURT HENNIG Defeated CHRIS CANDIDO by Pinfall
As soon as Cornette and security ushered Francine, Douglas & Rhino to the back, Hennig went to work on Candido using his vast wrestling knowledge! Candido proved his toughness by catching Hennig at one point and setting up and hitting his Blonde Bomb for a close call! Candido kept Hennig on the defensive close to 13:30 mark until Hennig caught Candido with the Axe and then hits the Hennig-plex for the win and earning a spot on the Diehard roster!

Jim Cornette is in his office digging into a fishbowl and draws the 2 Diehard Tag Title Tournament Matches for next week! Matches; The Briscoe’s VS Hernandez & Homicide;
Jonathan Gresham & Rhett Titus VS Candido & Rhino are drawn are announced as Austin Aires strolls into Cornette’s office, Cornette informs Aires that next week he’ll have a match against a returning Eddie Edwards (whom just got cleared by the doctors!)
DiEHARD TAG TITLE TOURNAMENT MATCH: 1 Fall, 20 Minutes
WRESTLING’S GREATEST TAG TEAM Defeated EL GENERICO/ DELIRIOUS by Disqualification
Both teams brawled to open the match, WGTT took the early advantage keeping Delirious form tagging his partner. Haas was over confident costing his team a quick victory and allowing Generico to tag in! Generico/ Delirious had things going their way, Generico had Benjamin softened up only for Delirious spraying mist into Benjamin’s eyes setting up a Brainbuster by Generico, as the masked man went for the cover the referee called for the bell……awarded the disqualification win to WGTT!

A promo airs with the song “No Sleep ‘Til Brooklyn” by the Beastie Boys announcing The Diehard In Brooklyn on July 20th, from Brooklyn Steel and live on Prime! Next week Jim Cornette will address the match that’ll main event in Brooklyn!
The challenger and champion made their respective entrances as Gary Michael Cappetta makes his formal introduction for tonight’s Championship Match! “The following is 1 fall. It is for the Diehard Wrestling Championship! 1st the challenger, from Pittsburgh, PA; 243lbs…..The Franchise; Shane Douglas!” The fans was doing a duel chat of “He’s the Franchise, Walking Weapon!” Cappetta was finally able to finish his introduction; “His opponent, the reigning and defending Diehard Wrestling Champion; from Toronto, Ontario, Canada; 229lbs……The Walking Weapon; Josh Alexander!
DiEHARD CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: 1 Fall, 60 Minutes

The 2 wrestlers had a “Banger” as the 2 exchanged moves in the ring mixed with some brawling and high risk moves out of the ring. The closing minutes of the match saw Douglas having things going his way; whipped Alexander into the turnbuckles only for the Canadian to counter by leaping onto the top turnbuckle and hitting a moonsault for the 1-2-3 on the Franchise!
