High Plains Wrestling 1.3 Scott Hudson and Lee Marshall welcome the fans to the show and plug the main event, Wahoo McDaniel vs. Jerry Brisco. Footage is shown of the Rock and Roll Express being attacked by the Moondogs last night in Colorado Springs and Marshall announces the two teams will wrestle on live events this week. Hudson introduces the first match.
1. Hiro Matsuda vs. Kenny Jay Matsuda takes Jay down and locks on the Boston Crab but Jay fights his way to the ropes. Matsuda whips Jay to the ropes and Jay boots him in the face. Jay hits the sodbuster spike but can’t follow up on it. Matsuda clamps on the sleeper and Jay taps out.
Winner - Hiro Matsuda by submission
After the match, Matsuda’s interpreter enters the ring and says he has great respect for Billy Wicks’ submission skills and wants to face him in the ring.
Scott Hudson throws it to Gordon Solie standing by with Ox Baker.
Baker says he’s the most dangerous man in the world and brags about beating Mil Mascaras for the United States Heavyweight title. Mil Mascaras interrupts the interview and plasters Ox Baker with a chair. “Mascaras” takes his mask off, revealing The Hustler Rip Rogers, who battled Ox Baker to a double count out last week! Rogers grabs the United States Heavyweight title and tells Gordon that Ox Baker will have his chances to get it back on live events this week!
Solie throws it back to the booth and Lee Marshall introduces the next match.
2. Johnny Mantell vs. Jake Milliman Mantell goes on the attack and hits the butterfly suplex for a two count. Mantell hits the Russian Leg Sweep for the win.

Lee Marshall throws it to Chris Cruise in the High Plains Wrestling Event Center.

4. Wahoo McDaniel vs. Jerry Brisco Wahoo and Brisco battle all over the ring area. Wahoo hits a falling chop for a two count. Wahoo hits a tomahawk chop for a two count. 3. Warhorse vs. Juventud Guerrera Guerrera takes control at the bell and hits a Juvi driver. Guerrera hits the springboard dropkick for a two count. Warhorse and Guerrera battle back and forth. Guerrera hits a slingshot guillotine leg drop for a two count. Juventud hits the 450 for the win.

Gary Michael Cappetta calls a thirty minute intermission and announces that tickets are on sale for the next time High Plains Wrestling returns to Odessa in three weeks. Tickets for upcoming events in Midland and Pecos are also available. Once intermission is over, GMC introduces the next match, saying David Taylor is substituting for Wahoo McDaniel.
4. David Taylor vs. Angelo Poffo Poffo gets the early advantage and hits a knee lift for a two count. Taylor turns it around and wears down Poffo with a dragon sleeper. Taylor hits the British Suplex for a two count. Taylor locks on the dragon sleeper and Poffo taps out.

5. Billy Wicks vs. Hiro Matsuda Wicks and Matsuda grapple back and forth. Wicks locks on the double wristlock but Matsuda escapes the hold. Matsuda turns it around and wears Wicks down with the double trapezius grip. Wicks takes the advantage and locks on the double wristlock a second time but Matsuda reaches the ropes. Matsuda catches Wicks with a small package for a two count. Matsuda misses a turnbuckle charge and Wicks hits a schoolboy for a two count. Wicks locks on the crossface headlock and Matsuda taps out.
Winner - Billy Wicks by submission
Gary Michael Cappetta calls a ten minute intermission before the main event, telling fans there are still tickets for sale for the next time High Plains Wrestling returns to Odessa in three weeks. Tickets for upcoming events in Midland and Pecos are also available. Once the ten minutes have elapsed, Cappetta introduces the main event.
6. Rip Rogers vs. Ox Baker - United States Heavyweight title match Baker clubs Rogers down and hits a leg drop for a two count. Rogers makes a comeback and hits The Hustle for a two count. Rogers and Baker battle back and forth. Rogers hits a falling double sledge for a two count. Baker and Rogers battle all over the ring area. Baker hits a body slam for a two count. Baker hits a leg drop but Rogers gets his foot on the ropes. Baker throws Rogers out of the ring and body slams him on the concrete. It looks as if Rogers will be counted out but Baker goes outside and rolls him back into the ring. Rogers makes a comeback and goes to the top rope. Baker turns right into a flying cross body. The referee makes the three count.
Winner - Rip Rogers by pinfall, his first title defense.

High Plains Wrestling 1.4 Scott Hudson and Lee Marshall welcome the fans to the show and plug the main event, Wahoo McDaniel vs. Prince Kharis. Hudson points out Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle in the front row and hopes Gordon Solie will be able to get a word with him later. Lee Marshall says Angelo Poffo will not be appearing at live events the next two weeks and European star Fit Finlay will be taking his place. Juventud Guerrera has left the territory and Bull Curry has arrived. Hudson introduces the first match.
1. Bull Curry vs. George South Curry mauls South outside the ring. Curry slides a chair into the ring and nails South with it. The referee calls for the bell.
Winner - George South by DQ
Hudson says that’s no way to win a match. Marshall throws it to Gordon Solie standing by with Kurt Angle. Angle tells Solie he’s impressed with High Plains Wrestling superstars like Dick Hutton, Billy Wicks, and Hiro Matsuda and can’t wait to get into the ring with them. United States Heavyweight champion Rip Rogers interrupts the interview, saying the United States Heavyweight title belt is worth more than a hundred Olympic Gold medals. Rogers tells Angle to spend this week on the road with the boys, getting into ring shape, and he’ll face him next week. Angle agrees and says he’ll add the United States Heavyweight title belt to his trophy case.
Gordon throws it back to Marshall, who introduces the next match.
2. Rock and Roll Express vs. The Mulkeys The Rock and Roll Express destroy the Mulkeys, winning with a double dropkick on Bill.
Winners - The Rock and Roll Express by pinfall
After the match, the Rock and Roll Express challenge United States Tag Team champions Bruiser Brody & Nord the Barbarian. Brody & Nord come out to the ring and Brody says they’ll put the belts up against the Rock and Roll again but only in a steel cage match! The Rock and Roll Express reluctantly agree.
Lee Marshall throws it to Chris Cruise in the High Plains Wrestling Event Center.
Cruise announces that this week, High Plains Wrestling will be in Ogallala, Nebraska; Portales, New Mexico; Pecos, Texas; Aurora, Colorado; and Cheyenne, Wyoming. Fans can expect to see Bruiser Brody & Nord the Barbarian vs. The Rock and Roll Express for the United States Tag Team titles inside of a 15 foot high steel cage, Ox Baker vs. Mil Mascaras, Hiro Matsuda vs. Dick Hutton, Wahoo McDaniel vs. Warhorse, Bull Curry vs. Cuban Assassin, Billy Wicks vs. Johnny Mantell, Fit Finlay vs. Roddy Piper, plus David Taylor and Kurt Angle in action. Tickets are available at the arena box offices and Bass Pro Shops everywhere. Card subject to change.
Cruise throws it back to the booth and Hudson introduces the next match.
3. Fit Finlay vs. Kenny Jay Jay and Finlay battle back and forth. Jay hits the Sodbuster spike but can’t follow up on it. Finlay makes a comeback and hits the tombstone piledriver for the win.
Winner - Fit Finlay by pinfall
Hudson says fans will love Finlay’s hard hitting style against Roddy Piper at live events this week. Marshall introduces the main event.
4. Wahoo McDaniel vs. Prince Kharis Wahoo chops Kharis down and nails him with overhead chops. Wahoo drills Kharis with more overhead chops and hits a vertical suplex for a two count. Wahoo hits the falling chop for the win.
Winner - Wahoo McDaniel by pinfall
Hudson and Marshall sign off, inviting fans to catch High Plains Wrestling live in their area as well as on TV next Sunday.
